Hi, I have uploaded 10 files in last 7 days. But still now those are pending for review. I don't know how much time they need to review. But I want to know How many days need to review my files? 

I'm fairly eclectic when it comes to the images I submit to Adobe Stock. This includes a fair share of surrealistic AI images. The majority have been approved but this one didn't pass muster. While I spent a good hour photoshoping improved roman numerals on the clock, is it the other symbols and numbers depicted that might have resulted in its rejection? Or the hat covering a part of the clock? The strands of hair I left on the back of her neck?Normally, when I get images rejected, I simply shrug my shoulders and move on. But this one kind of perplexes me. Thanks for your input!

Hallo, ich fühle mich wirklich geehrt, dass meine Arbeit so für die Moderatoren so gut ist, dass diese nicht feststellen können, dass meine Bilder kein bisschen real sind, sondern eine reine Fantasie meiner Grafikkarte. Jedoch sind meine Bilder nach den neuen KI Regeln getagged und benannt und trotzdem werden sie wegen fehlender Modelfreigaben abgelehnt. Leider gibt es absolut keine Möglichkeit bei einer Neueinreichung ein Kommentar zu hinterlassen, um den Mods klar zu machen, dass diese bitte den Titel und auch die Tags beachten und auch den Beitrag, dass die Bilder KI Generiert sind. Die Menschen existieren nicht.  Was kann ich tun, damit die Bilder entsprechend freigegeben werden?  Ich kann Menschen die nicht existiren zu einem Vertrag überreden...   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Also is there a good way to check for issues before submitting. Most of my images are accepted, but in my last batch alot were rejected and my process didn't change.

Hello, almost two weeks ago my account was blocked and most likely already deleted "because I uploaded someone else's photos". after sending several emails I got no reply I spoke to Adobe chat agents who can't help me they just said they will put me in touch with a specialist who never came. I am writing this message here and I hope I get an answer to my questions.   1. When you realized "I upload photos that are not mine, why is it not mentioned anywhere in the email where you say that my account is closed for some reason, which photos are not my property?"   2. What happens to the money I made on your site? Are you closing my page where I sell my images and where does the money go?   3. Why don't you have a phone number or a chat where a person can contact you in real-time instead of an email that you don't even respond to?   I have more questions, but these are more important, I hope to get an answer soon. Hi, I'm afraid my payment went to a wrong Paypal address. I contacted support immediately when I suspected there was a mistake made, then later again and again. Sadly I haven't heard from support up until now. Payment is now completed, and I have nothing on my Paypal. Is there a way to get a response from the support? Can the payment be retracted from Paypal back to Adobe account? Thank you in advance.

Hello.I'm trying to upload a vertical video and this is what I see in the end.. 608x1080 not 1920x1080 but 4k seems ok. But I found a video from another creator and it's vertical and 1920x1080.. how does it work? how do i fix this?my vertical video - And another vertical video -     and my 4k - 

Im new to this site and when I submit a Photo the preview  is blury while the one that is in photoshop looks crisp?. Also when i Right click on it and Click the ''Open Image in new Tab'' Its quite small and when downloaded from that  the Resolution is set to 220x220 . Is this normal ? Does the reviewer gets the original image and size of 4028x4028 ?

Stock artists should plan seasonal assets well-ahead so content creators will see your assets when they need them.    Owing to longer review queues this year more than ever, you should plan accordingly.  If you haven't done so already, prepare your Christmas & New Years assets now so you're not late to the party.   On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in the order received within 5 -15 business days.Illustrations & Generative AI could take 1 -3 months due to the immense backlog of AI submissions.

I have tried multiple times now to get a Model Release sorted for some images I want to upload that contain a model.  She gets the model release to sign fine and then when I check on the progress, it says EMAIL BOUNCED.I've tried contacting support a number of time and just get cut off which is really annoying. I've spent hours trying to get this resolved.How do I get to chat to an actual person who can check the email address that is being used as the one on my account is correct.

Hi, I am an Adobe Stock Contributor with a year of experience. I have submitted photos that have been rejected because similar photos have already been submitted.The four rejected photos are completely different photos of landscapes, food, and bedding, all of which are the first photos I have submitted.　　For what reason would my first photo be rejected on the grounds that it has already been submitted?I don't know what kind of photos to submit if they will continue to be rejected for such a mysterious reason.
