Hi, I've never had images be so long in the review queue. I'm not sure exactly how long it is since it only says that they were submitted last month but I remember some time ago it said 18 days. It's probably close to a month now. In that time I have submitted others that have already been reviewed and accepted.Any help is appreciated.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi, I've being waiting for the statement from adobetax for 10 days despite specifying that I have deadline to meet. I sent 3 emails and so far not even a acknowledgement. It's humiliating having to beg for something that should be readily available online

Hi there,Please could I get some feedback as to why images such as these are getting rejected? I initially thought it may be because of overexposure but after correcting that the images are still being rejected. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Many thanks

Let's say a Contributor submits a ton of garbage (AI or otherwise) that somehow gets approved.  Later, customers complain about quality issues and request refunds.   Does Adobe Stock remove the offending assets? Does Adobe Stock terminate the contributor account?    

Hello! House is not in focus. Adobe is accepting black and white pictures if they are quite artistic. Recently Adobe accepted 7 different french bulldog portraits black and white. And people are bying bw pictures too.   [User hijacked another discussion, moderator branched & moved his remarks to a new topic, as per forum guidelines.]

My photo was rejected and I don't understand why. It has a pixel size of 6000x4000 px and is sharp at 100% zoom. Uploaded as JPG. Am I doing something wrong? Or what is the reason?

I’m new to Adobe Stock. I uploaded a photo a week ago and it’s still waiting for review. How long does it normally take?

I uploaded 3 pix under the category landscapes and they were rejected for quality issues. Then I uplaoded the same images under the catergy of travel and the were accepted. So it was not a quality issue after all? This is not the first time that this happens.

Hello! I have the same all february till now. I upload 50-100 photos a day and have accepted about 10% at Adobe. Before I had abot 80% accept. About 5 years it was ok. And vice versa with Shutterstock. They taking more than before. Today 100% were accepted. I`m not really worried or mad about that, but I intentionally uploaded a bunch of bad photos (out of focus, overprocessed etc.) in my son`s account, many of them were accepted. HelloI've noticed that adobe stock reviewing is taking alot of time than usual like i submitted an image 6 days ago ? Shall i continue to wait ? or do something?

Hi. Four days ago, I have submitted about 14 photos. Today I've got an ansewr that one of them was accepted, and that's it. The other ones are still waiting for the review. I just wanted to check if all of the photos are submitted, because i read that there is possibility that not all of the submitted photos were uploaded on my account.

Are any other contrubutors having issues getting their uploads validated, i have had images in the check file for over 6 weeks when a couple uploaded just the next day?It's like they are uploading just 2 or 3 a month or somthing and no way to get any updates or info of course.It's very fustrating.Any insight is apreciated Thanks

Yes - for no reason. There is no way I would have uploaded anything against the terms. The last 70-80 pictures consisted of cute animals. 100% AI generated material. All approved. Total silence from [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] for days. Sorry, but it's easy to get conspiratorial when nowadays it takes a very long time to get the pictures reviewed. Could it be that simple that they suspend accounts that upload a lot of pictures just to catch up..? It feels extra deplorable when Adobe bills me about $12,000 per year in license fees. Is this how you treat important customers?
