Hi, can you tell me, Adobe Stock allows to access multiple contributors to submit designs under one account, like "agency account"? I have a team. Team member is 6. We want to work as a adobe stock contributor under one account and all members will be upload their designs when they are access same account. Is it available?

Hi Guys, I'm new to Adobe Stock and these 2 photos were rejected due to quality issues, exposure, blurring and excessive filtering or artifacts/noise, and like this one over 131 photos were rejected in a couple of months. All photos that have been rejected have been well accepted by other Stock Photos companies, without rejecting a single one. I can't give myself a reason, can anyone help me before I completely lose faith in myself? I'm kidding, but I'd like to hear your opinion on this. Thanks!!!

I changed the keywords and the file name more than three times, but Adobe always returns with the requirement to change it. when I first started to upload my work here, I was totally individual person, right now 2 people also have in my team, and after 3-4 months I'm going to hire 2-3 more. So, can I change my account type from individual to company or organization? and I also need to know what the key difference between these two types is.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi all, when I was informed about the fotolia move to Adobe stock I did the necessary steps.I receive stock mails on sales and recently on tax information. I just tried again to login with the mail account I receive the Adobe stock notifications, but the system tells me the mail is unkown, although I just received a notification on this account.Any idea how to get access? thx a lot

I'm trying to submit a few thermal (infrared) images but my sensor has a low resolution of 640x512 . I have tried usng AI enlarger to resize the image but it cameback with "Quality Issues". There are tons of AI programs out there, all of them that I tried, processed with watermark and to remove it I need a paid subscription, I don't want to commit to anything before I know it works. Can anyone recommend Topaz Gigapixel AI for my need? is it possible to upload with watermark just to get an idea if the image processing worked and the image can be used? See below examples for original image and AI resized image.   

Recently my contributor account got suspended. I tried to contact the adobe support team through email, and also tried to contact them from my contributor account. It has been 3 days. I haven't heard anything from them. I don't even know why they blocked my account. I don't know if anything I shared from my account violated their rules or not.  I hope they let me know if I did anything wrong.And undo whatever was the reason for this violation. Just hoping to get my contributor account back.And start working again.    

My adobe stock account was blocked with the message "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."   No answer from support. No help.   Actually that's very extrange for me because I've been working as a contribuitor without problem.    Please I need help with that issue  thank you so much

When I browse images to purchase, I notice that some contributors have numerous photos of the same thing with slight to moderate differences. As a designer, I appreciate having those choices. Now it's me that has a collection with similarities (abstracts with variations in shape and form but using the same style and colors). I'd like to submit them, but I'm concerned that they'll be rejected because they're similar. Is this possible? Is there a preferred way to do this?

All my interaction with Adobe has changed to another person. Maybe also this post. I talked to support chat for hours yesterday which finally suggested I wrote a mail to support. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything from them yet. They simply don' answer!  Any ideas what too do to reach some expertice at Adobe?

Hello, I used to have an annual plan thanks to the fact that I collaborate with Adobestock and I reached the minimum number of downloads. I would like to know if the program that Adobestock gave away has already been unsubscribed?

Is there a problem with the quality of these pictures?....Or did I fail to comply with the rules?I'd appreciate it if you could tell me what's wrong with these photos.

I have a catastrophic problem - I can't get into my Adobe Stock account. I have tried to reach out to both AS support and Mat Hayward, but no one answers. Adobe used to provide a good service for customers and suppliers, but now it has gone completely wrong ..! Mat - can you help me out of this mess ...?

Okay, I am completely giving up now. I have been trying for last three hours to upload a 19 Mb file and every time I get an error message after the file is uploaded. (yes, it takes up the time to upload, an error message pops up. FYI, it is a zip file with an ai and jpg file. I uploaded one file before it. This was the second one. If anyone can help with the issue, it will be of great help.

Hello again Everyone, I´ve a bunch of photos that were rejected and I´m trying to fix the possible ones. It´s any way to get the titles and taglines from the ones rejects? cause I don´t see a option to see these anywhere on the rejected photos. It seams its not possible, but if it´s it would save some time, or I need to write everything again. Thank you.

Ich habe Fotos hochgeladen die eine alte schlichte Holzbank ca. 100 Jahre alt vor einer weißen Wand zeigen und einen alten Holzziehwagen ( Leiterwagen) ebenfalls in dem Alter abgelehnt wegen Urheberschutz es steht af beiden stark verwitterten Teilen nichts drauf was auf einen Hersteller hindeutet. Danach habe ich 3 Fotos hochgeladen die vor einigen Jahren angenommen wurden, diese wurden ebenfalls nit dieser Begründung abgelehnt. ichj habe das Gefühl das manch eine Mitarbeiter einfach keine Lust hat und einiges auf diese Art in den Papierkorb schiebt.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
