I pay as a Contributor to Adobe Stock and have noticed that my submissions have been in review for longer and longer times. Right now (2 December) I have stuff in there from September, still in review status. I'm extremely frustrated after calling (where they referred me to sending an email), chatting (where they just left me hanging several times), emailing (haven't heard anything days later still), and sending a message through the Contact Us link (I guess it went to NoWhere). This is my last resort before canceling my Contributor account and saving the approx. $100/month. Is this happening to anyone else? If there's something I'm doing wrong (which I was doing right for 5+years) or something has changed, they had several chances to tell me. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
HiEveryone feels happy as a contributor when he/she check thier statistics and find a great downloads hits in a short time, then suddenly you begin to wonder why and what's the purpose behind it, a re-selling! for example. So do Adobe proivde protection to our content if that happened? considering that the content is uploaded only at Stock Adobe. Thanks
HiI uploaded some vectors then deleted after few days to improve them more, then i uploaded them again.I recieved this "Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your vector. Unfortunately, during our review we found that it's similar to another vector(s) you've already uploaded, so we can't accept it into our collection." etc...under Not Accepted tab. Not sure how to notify back the reviewers that maybe this is a cache problem! or it's a little old data issue which show you that this user already uploaded this specific file but in reality he deleted them and reuploaded a better version with a similar name and file. I also made sure that those files dose not exist in my portoilo. Thanks & i appreciate any advice regarding my first issue with Adobe Stock.
I normally only submit 5-10 photos at a time for review and usually wait for approvals before I submit more. This last week though, I submitted a batch of landscape photos and then a couple of days later submitted photos from a different shoot with models and signed model releases. The batch with people in the photos were reviewed before my landscape photos. I had always assumed that photos would be reviewed first in first out, but it appears that priority was given to photos with people and signed release forms (I assume because these images tend to sell better.) I was just wondering if anyone else ever had the same experience.
I get an error message when attempting to fill out my tax forms as a Stock contributor. It seems to time out. I've tried in Chrome and Internet Explorer. Please advise, tx!
I have had issues with Adobe Stock rejecting some of my images that other stock sights ready accept. These images are often rejected due to "ILLUSTRATIVE EDITORIAL ISSUE" reason. Not sure what that means exactly or why it applies to the subject matter that I have submitted. One reason for my confusion is that I can find the EXACT same locations taken by other photographers already approved on your site for purchase.I spend a lot of money and time traveling to these locations, photographing the subject matter and then completing the post-processing only to have it rejected. Why is mine rejected when others have been approved? And how do I prevent the wasted effort going forward? One of my biggest sellers on your platform is the Utah capitol building in Salt Lake City. Why is this subject matter acceptable and yet a Masachusetts' lighthouse off of much traveled Cape Cod not accepted?Jeff Edwardsjde28786@gmail.com
Hello everyoneMy photo was rejected due to a quality problem. I would like to know your opinion and understand more precisely the reason for the rejection in order to correct the photo and avoid technical errors in the future. Thank you in advance for the answers!

I have 900 pics but when I search them as a buyer I can't find any of them Note that in the past I used to find them when I was searching for them [Moderator: locked because of duplicate. See here. Please do not select all topics]

Hello, I'm a new contributor still trying to understand Adobe's way of doing things. A photo I submitted has appeared in the Reminder section as requiring a Property Release. The photo is of an astronomical object (the Eta Carinae nebula, small version attached) made from my backyard observatory. What can I possibly do about this?
Hello,Is allowed to have more then 1 or 2 Adobe Stock accounts? For example every account has a unique content but the owner is the same person in both.. In case I want to contribute only videos and I will create another acc because of that. Can I? (I know its better to have one acc for everything because of more sell potentional) Thank you!
Hey, I shot an Image of a Skyscraper in Hamburg. I found some pictures on adobe stock and they did not have the lable editorial. So I tried out to make different approaches of the same building and I got an Intellectual Property Disclamer. How can I discuss this issue without dealing with an AI? And is there any advice on how to get an aproval of such a building? Any blog or Information on this other than: you cant do this! thanxs Peter
Hi everyone, I know when sharing your work looking for feedback as to why an image was rejected it can be a bit on the cumbersome side to upload an image. It's no picnic for the people trying to view the uploaded files either. I want to encourage you to try the Share for review (Beta) option in Photoshop. I have been playing around with it and have to say, I think it is a really good option to use when sharing content for feedback. My friend Terry White made an excellent video that thoroughly explains how it works. You can check out HERE. I've made a share for review link with one of my recent images so you can see how easy it is to review and comment. Check it out here: https://assets.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:599f9388-701f-4c6a-8f03-6bc37681e1b0?view=published I think this is a great option worth exploring. For those of you with images refused for tangible reasons that can be fixed in post-processing, you can make the necessary changes s
Do you use any criteria to decide whether to create a collage of multiple images as a single file or to just create multiple single files? For example, let's say I have 10 buttons, but each is different. Should I put all 10 buttons in a file as a single image or upload 10 separate images?
