Hallo zusammen, die meisten meiner Bilder werden hier angenommen. Manchmal aber auch nicht und ich finde es etwas schade, dass ich nie den genauen Grund der Ablehnung erfahre. Da ich eigentlich nur sehr hochauflösende Bilder hochlade. Ich freue mich auf Euer Feedback.

When I log in, I see this message:"Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."Followed the link, sent a message asking for clarification on what happened.Day passed. No answer.Wrote email to contributor-support@adobe.comSame result. Complete ignore.The spam folder is empty.Yesterday I received email from Adobe that they accepted my images.I still can't login to my accountAny advice?

As far as I understand in the adobe stock process the uploaded 4k files will be automatically converted to a corresponding file in 1920x1080 format. However, files with RGB+Alpha in 4k are converted, but they are laid out on the platform with a different codec, which does not support the Alpha channel. How to make the 1920x1080 file also support transparency? 4k Alpha Channel file: .mov / Codec: QTRLEAutomatically converted 1920x1080 file: .mov / Codec: H264 p.s. Is the qtrle codec ideal for sending alpha channel videos to adobe stock?

Hello Contributors, I need some help with my photos. I have tried to upload some photos and everytime I get this quality issue. Can anyone explain what the problem is with my photos and how I should fix it? Some info how I take my photos. When I am going out to shot some pics I take some photos then I often bring up the brightness and colors in Adobe Lightroom. When I export my pictures they get denied all the time for quality issue. Please explain.

Hi Contributors, I uploaded a couple of paper images from some 15th century books I found, but I am getting the "Quallity Issues" rejection with no details. I don't think it is the focus, exposure or lighting.So if someone could point me in the right direction I would be grateful. Cheers,Matt

Can someone explain to me how it works on Adobe Stock . Recently I found at least a few companies on the internet offering wall murals and stickers with my photos from Adobe stock ( from 5 to 20 photos !! ). And on my profile there is only a download of 2 photos.

Hi Everyone,Is there a way to download a speadsheet or .csv file that contains all the files (including title, keywords, etc.) currently included under My Portfolio? If not, I'd like to request this feature as it would make it much easier to keep track of uploaded content and/or clips that need to be edited. Thanks!

Hello all, For some reason, all the stock video that I uploaded into my portfolio in Adobe Stock is not shown anywhere....I tried uploading as I normally do with Filezilla, then wirestock and even with Microstock plus, but my video files are not there...Pictures are working as normal.  Has anyone experienced something similar?? I am waiting for an answer from Adobe though... Thanks 

Hi there,I have Photos still in review after 18 days and one for 30 days. However, when I uploaded 86 pictures 50 of them were accepted in 3 days, but for the rest 36 did not. Then I upload other pictures 50 , they were reviewed in 3 days, but the fist ones never for 18 days . Feels like they will be never reviewed.

To sell photos, the photos have to be useable and they have to be found. I can supply the useable photo. Having it found is something else. After all, I am competing with 100s of thousands of other contributors. They have watched the same videos and have read the same documents that I have. I need the cutting edge to make my photos jump to the top. I have posted here a couple of times to try to awaken your intrest, but nobody wants to take part. Here another little curiosity that I discovered: All searches for region USA. 1. The search for "snow covered trees grass field" returned 107,568 results. That is quite alot. My photo was position 24 which is also okay for me. 2. The next search was for "snow covered trees in grass field" which  only 9,963 results. That is quite a difference to search number 1. The only difference was including the prepersition of "in" in the search term. This time, my photo was position 20 which is not muh better. But there is less competition.   Pho

Bonjour, j'ai mis en tant que contributeur 5 photos . J'ai regardé pourqu'elle raison ? la qualité , or une représente un nuage en forme de Christ .1)Le problème est qu'il m'ait été difficile de photographier de façon plus nette ce nuage car étant pris sur le "vif" et en mouvement permanent .2)dans le mail d'Adobe me disant que mes 5 photos ne sont pas prises , Adobe a quand même mis ma photo avec le contenu du mail avec des filigranes dessus....comme si en fait ceele ci l'intérresse !Y aurait il qulqu'un qui pourrait m'éclairer à ce sujet ?NB: comment retirer les photos non validées par Adobe ?

It looks like my account is automatically suspended with a message tell me account validation? All my portfolio cant see anymore online, looks serious to me as I never had that before and I'm a long time here. Do someone have that recently? Hi, There! My Adobe Stock Contributor account got blocked because I generated fake sales by downloading my own digital products using my Adobe Team account. There were also genuine sales. It all started with random experimentation by downloading one digital product, and then I saw money in my balance, which is why I then downloaded all my digital products using my team account. I had no idea it was against the rules. Is it possible to reset the sales back to zero and give me access back to my account? I put a lot of effort into my account, and now it's all gone. Could someone kindly assist me? Is this block permanent? Thank you in advance and I hope I can find help or guidance.

Hi,Does anyone know how I can get my contributor account back?I haven't uploaded in years and my images were ticking along making a few dollars here and there. At this point, I only logged in to request a payout.Well, today I logged into my account to find this message; “Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us.”I had no warning prior to this that there was an issue with my account. I wrote in and quickly received a form letter in response stating that I had violated Adobe’s terms or submission guidelines and that my account was terminated.I wrote back to ask what I had supposedly done as I have not uploaded any image in years and, therefore, couldn’t have violated any terms. Rather than offering any information, I was stonewalled. He would not discuss the issue and the decision was final.I can find no way to contact anyone else to ask for help with this issue or to learn more about why the account was terminated. Does anyone know how I can contact someone othe

Hello community, My contributor name is PenSmasher,i got Block/banned account at 14th November.They say may be i download free icon/illustration or submitted files from somewhere any-free download and submitted it into adobe stock. but all files it's my own.May be i misunderstand somepoint that they said.and theni explainning how i own all of my submitted files at 15th and today, it has been 9 days, they not reply me now,totally email i sent is 4 emails seem like it's too much, in the email i explain about where is another marketplace i submitted and sent the 2 RAW files in the email.i'm not sure what happen after i sent explaining in 4 email at 15th,18th and 2emails at 22th.That's make me worry about my career.Please someone has same experience share how you end up this.If the somepeople is support contributor team see this post,Please help me.
