Like a number of other contributors I cannot login to my contributor account. I have been tryin this issue for three years!!!g to solve

I cannot login to my contributor accoun.  I have been trying for YEARS without success.

Can someone at Adobe take on my issue and find a solution?

 

Three years trying to solve this issue.

    Were you a Fotolia contributor?

    Fotolia has been discontinued for several years. You would need to ask Contributor Support to recover your Fotolia collection and move it to a newly created Adobe Stock account. 

     

    This user-to-user community can’t help you with account matters. For that, you must work with Adobe staff.

    Yes redirection to Fotolia.  When I try to access Contributor Support guess where I end up Fotolia.  I do receive my daily best seller email.

    You are not addressing an Adobe employee here in this forum. Why can’t you login? Is your account deactivated? If it is, after three years I would not expect the account to be reactivated.
    If it is not deactivated and you get no popup screen with a “contact us” link then send an email to contributor-support@adobe.com. If you do, give them more information than you supplied us.

    The issue I have is the redirection to a Fotolia page.  I have attemoted to have this addressed a number of times without success.

    In addition to what ​@RALPH_L said, try clearing your browser’s cached data and cookies first.

     

    The method varies slightly depending on which browser you use. A Google search will help if you need it.

    Could you specify the issue? Is the login failing, are you being redirected to another page, or has your account been deactivated?

    Redirection to Fotolia is the issue.
