Way to delete file in queue? What's the policy on using open fonts?

What's the policy on using open fonts on stock files?

Can I upload multilayered templates or my own original dingbats/fonts? prp, psd, ttf etc. 

I see 3 types of format being accepted currently. mp4/video, Jpeg and ai/eps. If I'm wrong, please correct me.

At times, I noticed ftp files don't get updated instantly. If I upload files via ftp, only way to have it show in 'new' dir is to upload something via the website and force a refresh. Hope this helps people who are dealing with this bug.
