Firefly text-to-video (Sora 2) 12s videos: I keep getting “something went wrong, try later” errors. Credits are deducted even when no video is generated. Is this expected, or can credits be refunded? I’ve successfully generated 12s videos before.

    Each plan is different and has different options. For those that bought Firefly Pro and Firefly Premium they have unlimited generation access to certain models.

    Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous. Can you please double check to see if they have since been restored?

    They had not been restored and I bought some more credits. I had created a nearly 2 min video last week using Sora 2. I need 1 or 2 more 12 second pieces but it refuses to generate - getting the same message “something went wrong, try again later”. Used the same prompt I had used for my previous videos and the same message came up. Can you let me know what is going on? Have lost both time and money.

    our plan is eligible for unlimited generations on select models for a year! Which models are these ones?
