In the Firefly whiteboard/artboard tool, I am having my videos cut off when I upload them. They only play for about 4sec when they are 8 sec or more. Very frustrating when trying to use the tool for sharing work

Firefly art boards not importing videos fully or not playing them fully. Only seeing about 4 sec of longer videos. Sometimes on some boards it works and sometimes on some boards it doesn’t.

    Hi hiep_6636!

Thanks for reaching out. Does it happen with specific video models? Could you try copying and pasting your videos into a new board and see if that helps?

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks again,

    Kartika

It happens with any mp4 uploaded. The attached mp4 is 8sec long but when uploaded to the board only plays 4s. Makes it impossible to use the boards.
