Generated a video but the result was no video and the player showed duration of NaN:NaN - yet you took my horrendously expensive credits.

at the moment i have the 20gb photography plan with 250 AI tokens, and I would like to upgrade to the 1TB photography plan, but since is not un "upgrade" but a change of plan I will probably get the "post summer 2025" credits so not 500 but 25 and i certanly can't let this appen since I really need at least 200 a month for my work.Any ideas other than "stay with your 20gb photo plan" ?

The prompt was to generate close up view of the candle flame on blank black background. It took about an hour, an ta-da! Blank video was produced, and credits were promptly charged.

Can anybody tell me who uses adobe production, when removing and replacing background, is it possible to keep the shadow under the product so it sits naturally, but create a pure white background otherwise, and when resizing, can you use cutom crops or just social media pre-sets? Thanks!

I did not receive my video, I lost credits, I just bought credits for 16.99 and now it keeps pushing me to purchase more credits. 

Hi there, I was on the 2000 credits per month plan, but had used up my 2000 credits early this month, so about 10 mins ago I upgraded to the 4000 credits per month plan, paid by PayPal and PayPal confirmed that payment had ben made to Adobe. When I checked my Adobe account it said as expected that I now had 4000 credits. So I then tried to create a text-to-video 8-second video, just a no-frills one, no special advanced features, but when I clicked Generate I received a message saying that I didn't have enough credits to generate the video. And when I checked my account, it said that I had used up all 4000 credits! And would not receive any more till my credits count renews on 30 October! But I haven't used any of those credits, the video didn't even generate, and shouldn't have cost 4000 credits even if it had done! Something has gone very badly wrong here. Can it be solved? If not, I'll cancel the upgrade and go back to my previous account.

The images uploaded rarely keep the same facial identity to allow for a continuation of the scenes. The viewer realises that the person in the image is not the same person in the following scenes even if the prompt states " Keep identical facial features or Keep identical face of person for the next scene". This definately affects the realism of the video being generated negatively.

Hello Adobe Support, I would like to report an issue I experienced with Firefly. In my last three generations, the results were very disappointing — the transitions did not look natural at all, and they were completely different from what I had described in my prompt. I even provided the exact same detailed prompts multiple times, but the tool did not follow through.Unfortunately, these three failed outputs consumed around 1500 credits in total, and the results were unusable for my work. This is very discouraging, especially since credits are deducted on every click, even if the generation fails or does not match the description.I kindly ask if it would be possible to have those credits refunded, or if Adobe could consider an option where only the final accepted generation is charged (instead of deducting credits on each failed attempt). This would make the system much fairer and avoid situations like this where large amounts of credits are lost with no usable output.I hope you un
