I paid for Adobe firefly on the 22nd of April, I was promised unlimited partner generations until the 20th of May... I tried to generate 1 video, I did not work then it said 0/750 credits left. Unlimited generations what does that mean? I contacted the app support email via Google play 2 times and now response, I left 2 negative reviews on google play. Left 2 negative comments on the firefly post on Facebook and here we are still in the same situation what a useless company fix the issue, you have wasted so much of my time I want compensation for the time lost and I want 6 months free or I will never use firefly again.
Firefly is not using the reference images I upload but the reference images from previous generations. I have wasted a few hundred credits trying to stop this.

Everytime I try to upscale an 18s video to 4k with the setting "creative" I get an error "Something went wrong, please try again later". I tried yesterday evening and this morning. With "precise" the upscaling works.
The video creates beautifully but no sound. Have tried turning up the volume
I upgraded to Adobe Firefly Pro Plus for about $25/month because the plan page advertised unlimited generations in Firefly on select image and video models until May 20.After upgrading, I found several problems:1. Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast still showed high credit usage, such as 400 credits per video, so they were not actually unlimited under my plan.2. I switched to models that showed “Uses 0 credits,” such as Ray3.14 and Kling 2.5 Turbo.3. Even when Firefly showed “Uses 0 credits,” I sometimes received a message saying I did not have enough credits for the generative action.4. Some generations failed with messages like:“Can’t load. We can’t display the generated video.”and“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”5. Some results became unusable, with distorted bodies, duplicated/ghosted figures, cropped characters, or very little motion.This is confusing because the product advertises unlimited generation on selected models, but the actual experience is inconsistent:- some models
I am in Firefly trying to create a new board. I go to board, and new. I have also gone to New and clicked on Board, it will spin and act like it is going to create a new board, and then it goes back to the main menu without creating a new board.

Hello, I am experiencing some issues while generating images. Sometimes the system returns an error and does not create the image, but the credit is still deducted from my account and is not refunded. Because of these technical problems, my available credits keep decreasing unfairly. Additionally, during busy hours, when I enter a prompt and click generate, the request does not activate immediately. I often need to click multiple times before it responds, which can cause several requests to be sent at once. As a result, multiple credits are deducted unnecessarily. I would appreciate it if you could review this issue and help resolve the credit loss caused by these system problems.
Since yesterday, I create videos from images but today it gives errors. It doesn’t create videos. It says “There is an error.” constantly.

I ask firefly to: Remove background and make transparent and a PNG file” And it comes back looking like the attached. When i say i need the background removed i also need it were moved in the window areas too
I tried Firefly boards for the first time today. I was in Firefox, which is the browser I always use. I have no problem generating, but boards was a different story. I placed a file from stock, and then could not click it. It was like it jumped away from my stylus. It kept shrinking to 1% and changing size but I could not click it. Artboards worked the same way - I tried to create one and then could not select it. It also bounced around and kept changing size. When I tried both in Microsoft Edge, everything worked just fine.I’m on Windows 11. Firefox is up to date. As I said, I’m using a Wacom Tablet and stylus.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make Boards work in FireFox? I’d rather not have to change browsers just for Firefly boards (I ended up created the board using Photoshop.)Thanks.
