Whenever I expand the image, the sharpness got decreased. At some point after certain expansion the image quality became so terrible. The previous version before your update didn’t have this issue, and I think it still work much better than the current version.

 It's been a month and a half since I last used Adobe Firefly's Expand Image feature. And now it seems much worse than before. It can only create one image at a time (instead of three), it crashes if you create too many images simultaneously, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, it creates images with significantly lower resolution than before and inferior to the original image. What's going on? If this continues, I'll probably unsubscribe.

While using Topaz to upscale, I encounter errors or no output despite processing. My credits are deducted without receiving any image. I request a refund for the credits used and assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi, i just bought firefly standard plan, at the begtinning it was working ok and the images that iwas generating were pretty good. But now it shows “something went wrong” past 5 tries. Any ideas?

Firefly keep resetting to 0 instead of showing the results, but still consume my generative credits... 

I have plenty of credits. It is not working.. only showing can’t load

Hi support team,I am writing to report a recurring issue with your image generation tool.Tokens are being deducted from my account for every single generation. However, it has already happened several times that the generated image appeared for a brief moment and then immediately disappeared. Because of this, it is impossible for me to download or further edit the image, yet my credits were still taken!I am requesting a solution to this problem and a refund for the lost credits. I want to assure you that my prompts meet all the requirements and I am not generating anything that violates any rules.Thank you for your help, Jakub

Can't generate images or videos, firefly always tells me that "something went wrong". It's been like that for the last 4 hours. Is the service down?

I generate a video with Firefly and drag it to the board. Once on the board, I cannot export it to Premiere or download the video. I wasted SO MANY CREDITS for nothing.I used all my credits making these and now can do NOTHING with them. Get it together Adobe or stop charging people to use features that aren't working

 Fix: I’m trying to generate images. The images aren’t being generated, but you’re still charging me credits.

The edit image with AI is not working. After you write your prompt and select generate, it seems to start processing before it shows the image of a sad dog and the message "Something went wrong Please try again later." This happened on all my five attempts.

I tried a made video on the Kling 3.0 but unloading and im still waiting like 1 hour. Even if i refresh the firefly page it’s still loading. I can’t even try a make new video.

During the AI-generation of a video using Kling 3.0 I submit the first frame for it and the prompt. The AI starts to generate the video, but after couple minutes it gives out an error, saying it is unable to download or show the created video. No credits are spent on the unsuccessful attempts. The problem is staying for 4 days now.

I give firefly the prompt and sample images. I think click generate and it displays as generating but it never completes so I can view the video. I am able to click generate again on the prompt but no video is visable. It also does not show in my generation history but it has still used my credits.

Je n’ai plus accès à l’historique de mes créations.Comme la génération bug régulièrement, je ne peux quasiment jamais télécharger les vidéos directement après leur création et je suis obligé de passer par l’historique pour les récupérer.Aujourd’hui, même cela ne fonctionne plus.Honnêtement, vu le prix de l’abonnement que je paie, ce niveau de dysfonctionnement est vraiment problématique.

I have access to premium generative AI features through my Creative Cloud plan but still can't access the Standardize Headshots option in the Firefly Creative Production presets.

i am trying to animate an image in firefly video on my chrome browser (which i had no previous problems with and have generated many videos successfully) now for the last three days i get a ‘Something went wrong. Please try again later.’ message. i am unsure if i am using many credits trying over and over without success to generate animations. 

On page https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/image?view=edit, I click ‘upload’ > Windows explorer screen opens correctly > I’m able to pick an image > I click ‘add’ > then nothing happens. The image is not added/uploaded. 

Ray 314 always says:  it is unavailable.  No matter what prompt.

Adobe Firefly video creator is not working. Despite entering the correct dimensions and specifications, it constantly gives an error saying the request cannot be created.
