Previously, when generating visuals, it could do everything I told it to do in one go. Now, even if I try 9-10 times, the results are terrible. I'm starting to regret upgrading my credit program...

Firefly is asking me to purchase more credits but I have plenty. It will not generate any content or edits.

What I did was select only the initial and final frames, set the video length to 15 seconds, the resolution to 1080p, and used the Kling 3.0 model. After adding the prompt, I generated the video. The total cost was 375 credits.However, after waiting for more than 1 hour, the video was never generated, but the credits were still deducted from my account. I had to refresh/restart the page afterward.Then I tried generating another video and it worked normally, but when I attempted to generate a new one again, the exact same issue happened: after around 2 hours of waiting, I got no result, and the credits were deducted once more.In total, I’ve lost 750 credits because of this issue. Is there any way to recover those credits or fix this problem?

First, I'm not sure if it's a bug or feature question/problem.So, I’ve tried three browsers:Firefox, Edge, OperaAfter new each creation, the browsers all try to backload all of my other generations, which seems to use a lot of resources. I’ve tried restarting, clearing caches. It only started happening over the last few to six months or so. Before then, just restarting the browser would solve this “problem”.Thanks

Yesterday I hit my 250 credit limit using Firefly anf was prompted to buy more credits.Today even though my credit limit has reset it is asking me to buy more creidts still.The operation i am trying to do is only 20 creits, well within my available 250.

Look at the reference Prompt and Image generated, Gemini or gpt could’ve eaasily done this Job, You also waste Paid Credits

I’m new to Firefly so I expect a learning curve, but what I can’t get my head around or fix is Firefly giving me results nowhere near what I asked for.  For example, I told it to add moving film grain to a still image, which it did, but added a decorative frame and did a zoom in/out.   Next I told it to produce the same effect but no frame and no zoom.  It game me the image with no grain effect and tilted away from the camera at an angle.Is this simply a glitch or am making prompt mistakes?

I generated my video, but then clicked edit and the video won’t reappear. I click back to generate and it won’t appear there either. It seems to have disappeared, but my credits are still gone.

Hello, I'd like to register but I keep getting a card error. I've tried with four different cards and they all give the same error. There's nothing wrong with my cards. I can make purchases from other websites.

All I said was "the character should turn his back to the window."You see the result. I have nothing else to say.

Had a prompt with the settings attached. failed creation two times (didn't generate anything). still took the credits.

So as normal, I put my prompt and images into the generator, pick the settings sizes ect. and press enter. It seems like it’s loading as normal. And it starts to pop up with the image, and without moving my mouse or touching any buttons, it seems to be straight up deleting them, and I’m unsure why. It’s only been happening for me today, but it’s happened a few times, and when I’m making 4k images on Nano banana, it takes 60 credits and doesn’t give them back when it does this. It shows up for a very split second and then it’s gone.

Lipsync advice needed. I have an image with a main character, I have the audio track of his voice. I am a bit confused as which option/process to use to create a video of my character saying the words. Bonus if the flame of the torch in the background is moving as well. Thanks for sharing your experience

I used firefly free servers for ai video generations but I see all my credits are finished. Please help me with this issue. This is just start of month and my all credits are showing almost finished and I have used none of them. This is bug with credits

Has anyone noticed longer generation times or inconsistent image quality in Adobe Firefly when creating more detailed prompts with complex backgrounds and lighting?I’ve been testing different prompt styles in Firefly and noticed that more detailed scenes sometimes take longer to generate or produce slightly inconsistent results. Curious if there are any recommended prompt structures or settings for better quality and consistency.
