Bonjour, très souvent firefly me dit : "Un problème est survenu" je n'obtiens donc pas d'image mais mes crédits sont débités !

My generated video is in another language for which i cannot figure out which one. It is weird that before paying, the video was being done in a professional way. After paying my subscription, all is going upside down. I want a refund and wont ever use your software again.

I used very descriptive text prompts and a reference image and I still got the wrong image.

I've been using Firefly successfully generating images for starting frame to then create video from that image, since yesterday all has been good, and this evening it will not use my image set as the starting frame for the video. It looks as if it uploaded it, but when I generate it disappears from the box and generates at random. I have tried many times, I even restarted the computer several times just in case, but firefly will not take the image set as starting frame, it will generate video with out using it obviously generating a different setting altogether. I have lost more than 1000 credits by this, and can't finish my project. Why is this happening??? I want my credits back.

I tried to create a video, it loaded for a few minutes and said please try again later. But I lost 80 credits for this. How do I get my 80 credits back? 

Image generation failed multiple times today (Something went wrong / Please try again later.). However, it deducted the credits every time. Are you sure this is correct? I don't think so.

Ich habe von meinem Dienstgeber einen Adobe Creative Cloud ZUgang erhalten. In diesem Zugang sollte auch Firefly enthalten sein. Wenn ich ein Bild generieren versuche bekomme ich immer die Meldung Kein ZugriffKontaktiere am besten deinen Admin, um Zugriff anzufordern.Ich aber aber 499 von 500 credits.Bitte um Unterstützung.Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Bugün bütün gün video oluşturmaya çalıştım hiçbirinde başarılı olamadım. Lütfen kaybolan zamanımın telafisini hediye kredilerle verin. Sürekli şu hatayı alıyorum: “Yüklenemiyor Bu istemi işleyemiyoruz. Lütfen düzenleyip tekrar deneyin.”Çok fazla zaman kaybettim. Başka browserlarda da denedim. Olmuyor. 

If I put in details for image development, this has no bearing on the output - in fact, the images are identical to the reference image, suggesting the prompts are not being read. 

When I click Generate, nothing happens and no error message is displayed. I still have available Generative Credits, and Text to Image works correctly. I have already tried Incognito mode and different prompts, but the issue persists. The problem started recently, although everything worked normally before.

there is an issue while generating video with multiple images I have tried with different model like kling and veo but both failed (not sure) and now my generation history also has error output and its not opening anywhere though there is an error with output my credits got deducted from main balance and not reverted yet.

About a month ago, I was using Firefly with no issues. I took a short trip, and now that I’m back, I’m shocked to find that the platform has undergone some really disappointing changes.I can no longer enhance the image quality by spending an extra credit — a feature I regularly relied on.The tool no longer respects the composition or style images. Previously, I could upload a photo of a cat for composition and pair it with an impressionist painting for style, and the result would be that cat rendered in an impressionistic style. Now, it either generates a generic impressionist landscape or a distorted, unrecognizable cat. It feels like the quality has regressed.There are now different versions available — Firefly 3, Firefly 4, etc. When I use Firefly 3, the image quality is noticeably poor. The lines are blurry, as if the model is unsure how to render the image. Firefly 4, on the other hand, doesn’t seem to respect the composition image at all.Finally, I’m aware there’s now a premium o

Ya es la 3er vez que tengo el problema que Abobe Firefly corre la barra de izquierda a derecha en la parte de arriba diciendo que se esta ejecutando o realizando la tarea asignada pero en realizada no hace nada, no avanza y no muestra un porcentaje de carga.

Es increible como no funciona adobe firefly, tengo problemas hace mas de un mes estoy llamando, no modifican nada, es ams estoy escribiendo aca porque el boton para informar de un error NO ANDA Y TE REDIRIGE HACIA ACÁ

I requested a light green Fiat 500 convertible to be added to a training image.  Thought it would be fairly simple, but Firefly App taking over 20 minutes and still no image generated.  I have 4000 credits and only looking to use 20 credits

Hello,I’m writing to formally raise an issue with Adobe Firefly.Firefly is repeatedly consuming my credits, then returning a “Something went wrong” error with no image generated. The credits are still deducted despite the process failing. This has happened multiple times now.To be blunt, this feels borderline unacceptable. I’m effectively being charged for outputs that don’t exist, with no warning, rollback, or recovery mechanism in place. From a user perspective, that’s not a minor bug — it’s a billing and trust issue.I’m unhappy with this experience and would like the credits that were consumed during these failed generations to be reimbursed as soon as possible. I’d also appreciate clarity on whether this is a known issue and what’s being done to prevent it from continuing.Please contact me ASAP to resolve this.
