I've been trying for over a month to purchase firefly services to gain access to the photoshop API. I understand I need an enterprise account, but not a single person can tell me how to purcahse one.  I have filled out all forms, called all phone numbers, and send emails to all suggested email addresses.  I have had multiple meetings scheduled with Adobe and no one has ever called during these time periods.   At this point in time I'm thinking it's not possible to purchase Firefly services because no one can tell me anything about it, nor does anyone EVER respond when filling out requests for information.   In the last 4 days I have spent somewhere between 6-7 hours trying to get an answer to a question that should be simple: How do I buy firefly services, how much does it cost, and what is the quota for API usage for the Photoshop API. Has anyone purchased FF Services and are using it?  If so, whom did you speak with and how did you get in touch

Hallo zusammen, ich habe mich gewundert das meine Creative Credits nicht aufgefüllt werden.Ich habe das ein Jahres Abo über Amazon gekauft.Jetzt antwortete der Support das bei diesen Abo Modell keine Crdits montalich erneuert werden?Was soll das??? Dann hätte ich nach eingabe des Codes ja 12x250 Credits bekommen müßen.Leider war das nicht so.Was kann man tun um seine Credits zu erhalten ?? Danke

Hello, how can I avoid images with bad hands, bad eyes in my images, even if I use the negative prompts?

Andaba haciendo la edición de una imagen usando el relleno generativo de Photoshop 25.12.0 y de la nada me salto esta alerta: "Hemos restringido su acceso a Firefly debido a una infracción de nuestras condiciones de uso..." y la verdad yo considero que no incumplí nada, pago la version basica del plan de Photoshop con Lightroom y tampoco andaba intentando generar pornografía o cosas similares con la herramienta.Pueden ayudarme, por que este problema me esta perjudicando en los tiempos de entrega de mis trabajos y puedo ser tolerante si fuera una herramienta gratuita , pero pago por este servicioPhotoshop 25.12.0Windows 11 PRO version 22h2 x64  (KB5043076)AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor32,0 GBGTX 1080

So I have tried to make a few diffrent AI images, Like "Wreak, submerged with female swimmer on it"  That gets flagged.  However if I change it to "Wreak, submerged with male swimmer on it"  AI creates it.If the only difference on an image getting flagged is if its FEMALE and not MALE in the text.   [Edited by Moderator]

Hey Guys I wanted a more clear awnser on commercial use for AI images. I saw that i at least need to give attribution to Adobe .... what is it that I write? IS there any specific licensing that i have to pay for too? Thanks in advance

Professional Photographers of America (PPA) is not allowing Firefly to  used in any competition images. There stand is to NOT allow any AI.  However, software like Topaz, Nik, and Anthropics - among others - which AI are allowed. Suggest folks contact PPA at<moderator removed link>to suggest PPA create an AI category and ALLOW Firefly.  

"Godzilla" should not b a sensitive nor restricted word. AI should know and able to generate it!!!

Why does firefly tell me it can't process the following prompt :"zombies walk through cemetery at night"

I create image in some ai software and try to compare to quality on adobe firefly.  Simple task to do simple image to create and of course some of the words may violate guidelines etc. Do adobe have in plans do something with restrictions?Work little bit to make life easier?Thanks

I'm trying to create an image of an Eiffel tower in the country but it just creates a country image with no tower.

Asked Firefly for a "grainy black and white photo" and the resulting images are all sharp and clear and not the least bit grainy. Does anybody know what labguage one could use in a prompt to obtain a grainy-looking image? I could download and use the film grain filter in Photoshop to add graininess, but it seems like Firefly should be able to handle that.

I can't access the feature page of Adobe Firefly. I already tried to create a new account and log in with it but it still shows the whole blank page. When I use a VPN, I can access the page but not on my home internet. I can the access page via other devices on the same Wi-Fi connection. I attached the screenshot that includes the page and developer console. It's not a browser issue because I tried 3 different browsers. Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.    Country: India   Help me out here.
