    Captivate Prime now supports captions for video content uploaded in Captivate Prime. Now, authors can upload the file containing captions, along with the video file. Then, the learners can view the captions during the playback of the video module.      The format supported is Web Video Text Tracks (webVTT).    Caption support is available for video and audio content files uploaded in Content library in Captivate Prime.    Caption support is available for video content uploaded in Content library in Captivate Prime.   As an author, when you’ll upload a video or audio content, you can also upload the .vtt file that contains the captions.    The subtitles then appear in the Fluidic Player.   All contents of the Content Library in Captivate Prime are always visible to all authors, including custom authors. With this release, Administrator can configure private content folders and provide its access to specific custom-authors using Custom Roles. Thus, an Administrator can control the visibility of the content in the Content Library to specific authors as needed.    Administrator workflow  Content Folders can be configured by Administrators. Hello!I have completed a learning program but the badge is not showing on the Badges page.All my other completed courses show the badges there but the latest one which is Target Sales.Any idea why? and/or will it display after a time?The others were immediate.Thanks!

Can anyone help with this.  I've put an incorrect answer into multiple choice questions.  If it is clicked then the quiz slide just stays where it is.  Also I can't find the area to provide a number to multiple correct answers.  Appreciate any help. regards Billy 

Hello, I have set up a recurring certificate that needs to be completed annually. And wanted to check if this information gets updated in the learner's profile and does Adobe send out reminders to the enrolled users?If yes, as an Admin, do I have access to view the users profile? how do we go about checking this information? If not, can you advise a work around?

I have a training program set up with 5 separate courses inside. I would like the learner to complete these courses in a specific order and not enroll in a course until they have completed the prior one (i.e. learner cannot start course #2 until they have completed #1). I'm really at a loss here and have tried looking up the answer/playing around with the setting in Prime. Any help would be greatly appreciated!EDIT: I found a partial solution to my problem. The learner need to click enroll in order to lock the courses. Does anyone know how to lock the courses in the learning program in the event that the learner does not click enroll?

When I click on "Export Quiz Scores," a pop-up is displayed with this message: Generating Report RequestIt may take a while for us to generate your report. You may continue using Prime and the download will start automatically when it is ready.If you close the browser window, the download will start the next time you visit Prime.Note: Reports are saved in the Downloads folder of your browser. Seems easy enough to understand.  However, the report never downloads.  Did it last week, logged in several times since, tried again today, no report/no download.

After some testing I created the attached project WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE CPEXTRA. This is a one slide project which has some javascript which displays an alert box when the MyVar variable changes. The slide contains a button which changes the MyVar variable. Upload this to SCORM cloud and the alert box will appear. Upload this to Captivate Prime and the alert box fails to appear.

Can an adminstrator update the date of an external certification if say a user inputs it incorrectly? And is there a way for the learner to see the actual date of the certification they inputted?

We are in the early stages of implementing Captivate Prime. We run a large amount of repeat classroom-based training. As an example, we might have a session that runs every Monday at 14:00-15:00. We want to create 52 iterations of that session, for each Monday of the year. When a user views the system, they can view all the sessions for the remainder of the year and chose which one suits them best. What is the best method of setting this up in terms of course, module, instance etc? We're having some difficulty understanding exactly what we should be setting up at which level. Any guidance would be great.

Good Afternoon Community, I was wondering if there is a specific email template that is used for a notification to a learn when they have reached their max attempts for a course. We have a compliant related course that we have set 3 reattempts for to pass. We did this outside of a Captivate course because we want them to go back to a prior module instead of retaking just a quiz in the subsequent module. Basically, a learner re-attempts 3 times and doesnt pass, we want the system to send them an email with instructions. Is this possible?

In Adobe Learning Manager, a course can be assigned a badge. Once the course is completed and the badge is achieved, a learner can go to his/er badges section, and download the Certificate of completion for the course.   By default, a certificate is present in the Learning Manager Account.   Adobe Learning Manager provides a customization where you can upload your own custom Certificate, which is downloadable for the learner through his “badges” portal.The requirements for a custom certificate are as follows: The certificate needs to be in a plain HTML format.  All the content need to be in  a zip file containing the HTML page and the assets i.e., the css file, images, etc.  Once you have created the certificate using the HTML & CSS properties, kindly contact Adobe Learning Manager support team. It seems like a very simple LMS requirement that is lacking in Prime.I have worked with several other LMS platforms and all of them have the ability to set the course to be repeated. Certain training is required every year, every three years etc.In Prime only Certifications can be used. Certifications do not allow classroom training or blended courses. It may be a surprise to Adobe that classroom training is still done, but in the real world this option is important.Since I can not find a feature request/bug reporting option, I will complain here.

I created by project specifically for use on the Chromebook.  Using http://howbigismybrowser.com/, and knowing that the district will not allow the students to close the shelf, the project is sized to work perfectly for the learners.  When uploaded to AWS and tested, all looks great and functions properly. When uploaded to Prime, the fluidic player makes the dimension and display all hinky.  Even using the "full screen" option still left part of the project off screen and I had to use the touch screen to slide the displayed content to the left to get to the continue button. Are there specific dimensions for display in the player?

I have created a project using Captivate 2019.  While previewing in HTML and later when published, uploaded to AWS, and view/played the project works smoothly. I published the project to Prime, from inside of Captivate, and the only interactivity that is present are the continue buttons.  The slide onEnter, other HTML and Javascript do not function. Why does it respond so differently in Prime? Is it intentional?  As it stands now, the project is useless (literally, not an emotional response).   It is a disappointing experience and seriously burst my bubble about how wonderful Prime is suppose to be.
