Hello there is a two minute delay for output preview when attempting to render/explort an HEVC 1080p after-effects composition time has already elapsed by the time the preview begins. I am using a 2019 six core Intel MacBook Pro 16 inch with a 5500 M4 GB graphics card on Mac OS Catalina latest version have a great day

"Create proxies" via Media Encoder fails (H.264 lowest setting)Media Encoder greys out after 30 seconds

When I try to encode a premier pro file. It finishes and just says failed.

Sent a comp to render from AE over to ME. Simple comp only had a ProRes 422 Proxy and audio from a WAV. Preset used was H.264 Match Source - High bitrate. When using software renderer it resulted in black image but had audio. Changing Renderer to CUDA (Windows 10 PC) rendered as expected.

Hello,     I'd like to Upres 2K footage to 4K. The codec is ProRes 4444 XQ. Audio 5.1.     I was wondering whether Media Encoder (Beta) might employ Sensei while doing this?     Thanks in advance.Regards Rajnesh 

With the latest Adobe Media Encoder Beta build we have enabled Hardware Accelerated Encoding through AMD GPU card. If you have AMD GPU card on your Windows machine, you will be able to use this feature. To enable this option, select H.264/HEVC from the Format drop-down under Export Settings. Then under the Video tab, go to Encoding Settings and set the Performance to Hardware Encoding. Setting it to Software Encoding will disable hardware encoding and Adobe Premiere Pro won't use AMD HW to encode the media. Please see attached screenshot. Feature is enabled in Adobe Premiere Pro Beta, Adobe Media Encoder Beta and Adobe Premiere Rush.   Please try out the feature and share your feedback.

Yesterday, before the most recent Beta dropped, I was able to use hardware encoding on a video with VBR 2-Pass. This new update gives me an error and says my system does not support hardware encoding for the following settings. Changing the setting to VBR 1-Pass allows for hardware encoding, even though my system can obviously handle 2-Pass just fine. What gives?

I have posted this just about everywhere known to mankind, called Adobe, had experts look at it and not figure out what was going on, so what the heck, what's 1 more time posting it for a fresh set of eyes. I shoot news on a Panasonic P2 camera. Every camera has the metadata set up such that when you put it into any editor Avid, Edius, Adobe the camera Clips are renamed to the photographer whose camera they originated from with a sequential number.  Ever since probably CC 2017, if I copy my P2 card to my computer via windows (So usually I have a project folder, then inside that is the "Contents" folder and "Last Clip" file from my camera's card) and import it using media browser without checking ingest the metadata, is preserved and life is great. If I wanted to save time a leverage one of the features of Premiere which is being able to start editing while the material is being ingested in the background, and I check the ingest box and import the material that way I

Downloaded the latest beta drop of AME, and when trying to export a file out with burned in captions in AME, the media offline graphic comes up. It exports fine directly out of Premiere, but not AME.  

I have standard versions of Premiere Pro and other apps, and I swapped Media Encoder with beta version, and now Premiere Pro does not see it while queuing. What gives? "Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature. Hi Team Adobe,When encoding job is submitted to AME no callback event is invoked.Even after the encoding is completed, onEncoderJobComplete is not fired.Premiere pro 14.2.0 (Build 13) to AME 14.2 (build 4)  

Premiere Pro and Media Encoder stop encoding in the middle of the export. this has happened to me in the Beta and non-Beta versions for multiple videos. Right now I am about to do my 5th export of a video. 

latest AME 14.2 (4) wont open: application wont start correctly (0x0000142). Fixed: added to ransomware protection as I had to do with other Adbobe apps.  

Hi friends!I'm trying to export my AE project to media encoder but then media encoder open and not show the project in media encoder, don't know what the reason behind it.
