Hi, I faced an issue with XD, it doesn't work at all. I've read the same issue happened with a lot of users and did every single step written by Adobe employees, But I faced the same issue with reset & repaire. I created a new user and signed out, then uninstalled all Adobe apps including Adobe creative cloud, moreover, I used the Adobe cleaner tool, then I restarted my laptop and reinstalled Creative cloud and XD... BUT unfortunately it's still crashes at 30 seconds and closed. I really need to work on it veeery soon! plz help!

Hi, Whenever I copy and paste text from Illustrator to XD, the letter spacing between certain pairs of characters appears to default to zero. This is currently the case for both Lato and Noto Sans. For example, between "Y" and "o" on Lato, and between "r" and "." on Noto Sans – the characters are almost touching each other and it looks terrible. I note that all of the examples I have observed are for character pairs where you would expect there to be kerning (overlapping glyphs). Could this please be looked in to and remedied? Thanks

Je l'ai désinstallé puis réinstallé mais ça ne change rien. QQ'un aurait il le même soucis et aurait il trouvé une réponse ?

Can we consider the 2 recent 2025 updates to Adobe XD as a sign that its not over for XD.

I am more than happy to see the update notification. Since we work for games industry, we are pretty dependent on XD's existence and edit in photoshop option is matchless for our needs. Please keep this app alive and would be so appreciated to hear more details about "workflow improvements" and "bug fixes" in the update notes.

Additionally, I advise them to attempt installing Xd, despite a possible ‘under maintenance’ message. Typically, a 24-hour wait period ensues, after which they are able to successfully add Xd to their suite of tools on their personal computers. While the reason behind this brief delay remains unclear, the process is consistently effective.

Okay, I'm new to XD, but thought I should share after the frustration and lack of help I found online on why my anchor links would not work! The link was added to the hover state of my button. My button was set to deefault in preview. Linked to the appropriate component on the same artboard like I wished, but no matter what I did nothing would happen!After creating new files to see what it could be, I finally figured out that when my artboard was taller than standard websize the button would not anchor down the page. I didn't realize I could change how the preview window displayed. It would not jump simply becasue the entire page was being viewed at once.I looked in the Artboard settings of my project and changed the Viewport to 800 rather than having it set to see the entire page. Also, make sure Scrolling it se tot Vetical and not None.Hope this helps someone! 

Hi Community, I've had some on & off success using the automatic video play feature.  Not sure if this is user error, but the video I've placed in the layout does not play.  Video is only 2.4 mgs.  MP4 format. Any advice would be appreciated

When adding comments in Adobe XD, the commenter's name appears as garbled text. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Adobe XDでコメントを記入すると、記入者の名前が文字化けしてしまいます。この問題を解決する方法はありますか？

I am attempting to use the key command SHIFT + RETURN to add a "soft return" to a line of copy in a paragraph. However when I use SHIFT + RETURN it breaks the line as wanted, but adds the paragraph spacing assigned to that paragraph. Not sure if this feature is not available in XD. If not...does that mean I need to set up a separate text box every time I want to use a return, but not have the paragraph spacing applied? Before and After states in image below. Help.

Hello!I was tasked to find an Adobe alternative to "Ceros" and XD seems to be the best fit (unless someone has another suggestion). I am new to using XD and I am struggling with how to figure how to make the same project responsive to both mobile and desktop. I need to be able to use a singular embed code to use on my company's website so hoping to see if someone is willing to assist me or direct me to a tutorial that shows and explains how to do what I am asking.  Thanks!

Is there a way to import a Figma Prototype design into Adobe Porfolio so that you can see all the transitions from frame to frame?   {Renamed By MOD}

I really miss selecting alternative numbers and glyphs in Adobe XD. Especially is there a bug in the uppercase button: If I select this the numbers should change from old-fashioned figures to lining figures (uppercase numbers). See attached.   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi! I've added a lottie file on a screen in my design. It worked perfectly in preview mode in Adobe XD, but when I opened the preview in browser, it seems like I didn't added any lottie file into design. As I read about lottie issues on the forum, I understand that there were some issues with lottie animations containg text. The animatimation I use doesn't contain any text. I'll attach a preview from Adobe XD for what it should have looked like. How can I resolv this problem? Denisa

Hello, I'm contacting you because the Adobe XD software keeps crashing. I can't work on any documents !I don't have any plugins installed, I tried to install the 2 previous versions available... I reinstalled the software dozens of times...The software crashes and automatically closes even when I simply create a new classic file.Can you please help me solve this problem ???Please help me, I need to work !

We currently use Adobe XD for all our projects. However, I heard that Adobe will soon stop providing updates and support for XD. Should we switch to another platform like Figma, or continue working with XD?

Hi All. I'm new to the forum, so please excuse any newbie mistakes! I can't view an XD layout in Design Review mode via a link and keep getting the same error message (I also tried to upload via Behance, but the same issue happened). What am I missing? Thanks all
