From monday Apr 18th I was unable to access all my current prototype links, It showed me this error message. "Something went wrong. You can try accessing the link again"I already updated my browser, unnistall and installed again Adobe XD and it retrieves the same issue.I can access my cloud library but my protoype links are not working. 

Hey there,my creative cloud libraries don't initialize in XD 50.0.12. I'm trying to create a component that looks like this: I don't know how to achieve this alignment:- If the number is smaller or bigger, I want the circle moving next to the number and still be in the center of the grey rectangle Any ideas? Thanks!

I facing this issue for a long time. my system each app working fine but only XD hang all time. I wait 2-3 min for after hanging while I performed any action in Xd. It's really frustrating all time. I don't know how can I solve this issue. Please help me to resolve it. 

Hi all, I'm working for an agency which would like to switch to Adobe XD, and give access to prototypes to our client through our CMS. So we'd like to secure the prototype (not set them as public), and since our clients are already logged in on our platform, we'd like them to just click on a prototype link and access it and their name to appear when posting comments.  Would you know if that's possible? I've tried to read through the API doc, but I'm getting very confused with what can be done and how that works.  Many thanks in advance!

Hello, My latest cloud document edited only today has gone missing. I'm unable to find it in my cloud, while all other files I was working with simultaneously are present in the cloud. I wasn't collaborating with anyone on this document and it wasn't saved in on my system either. I'm working with the latest free version of XD. I've tried the couple of solutions mentioned on this forum, but they do are not working for my issue. Today, after an update to my AdobeXD, my current project files were missing. I am unable to retrieve them and I have to submit my project by this weekend. So please help me in this, as even there are few files which I am trying to open but a message pops that 'Sorry, this file cannot be opened'.    I am waiting for your response.   THANKS! {Renamed By MOD}

I did a UX Design Internship last fall where I created original wireframes using XD on my 2013 Macbook Pro. Several months later I started compiling a portfolio and tried to open the documents I had created that were filed under "On This Computer" but I couldn't open any of them. So I clicked the little cloud icon and downloaded them to the cloud and was able to open them. The next time I went to go work on these files they had completely disappeared from my laptop. I can still find example wireframes that I downloaded off of Uplabs and yet the files I created myself are completely gone. I've seen that others have had this issue and I've tried following the recommended steps on other posts with no success. I know for a FACT that I did not delete my 3 months of hard work, but the files aren't in my Creative Cloud, they're not in my trash bin and they're not on my hidden library. They seem to have disappeared into thin air and I'm really frustrated. Does anyone have an idea of what might

Hi, I've been using Adobe XD for several years, and somehow group shortcut (command + g) doesn't work from time to time. It's not that it doesn't work at all... it works and doesn't work from time to time. I worked perfectly fine in the morning, but in the afternoon, it suddenly doesn't work. A day later, it works fine again.I literally have no clue at all... The strange thing is that ungroup(shift+command+g) shortcut works just fine, and also the rest of the shortcuts...! I've tried several methods:1. Updating XD to the latest version2. Uninstall and install XD3. Updating Mac OS to the latest4. Tried on different computers5. Deleting all plugins(if have) I'm currently using MacBook pro (2021 / M1 Max / Version 12.3.1) and MacBook Pro (2019 / Intel), and also used iMac(late 2015), and the same issue happens in all the computers.  I've talked to the Adobe agent, and tried all the methods listed above, but couldn't solve it... I'm working on an XD artboard. Within it, I'd like to include a list of items that end users can search on using key words.   In this case I've got a list of 57 software applications available for our end users to request access to. Rather than to simply include this list of 57 applications on an XD artboard for end users to read through, I was wondering if it's possible to embed an Excel spreadsheet within the XD artboard and so that end users can search the Excel spreadsheet embedded in the XD artboard using key words?  Is this possible?   If this isn't possible using an Excel spreadsheet, do you know of other ways I can include text-searchable lists within an XD artboard? I am trying to design multiple components in multiple apps, and combine them in XD. To do this I need to match the sizes of objects relative to the artboard canvas size.   However, I'm having a problem matching sizes, as my 1920 px by 1080 px is absolutely huge in XD, taking up most of my monitor at 100%zoom, but the same size in Photoshop and Illustrator seems much smaller by comparison, even at 100% zoom. Why would these be different? Which one is accurate? This should be an easy/ basic issue, and yet I'm very confused. Could it have to do with the pixels per inch (PPI)?   <Title renamed by moderator>

Did anyone else notice that XD has changed their colors with the latest update? I may be unaware of some setting, but I could not find any information related to this in my extensive searches. I have a preview link (on the right) from the older version that has the true colors and then you can see the version 50 (on the left) has modified all my colors. If I have a text block in Regular in XD and only want to write selected words in Bold, it no longer works. Suddenly the whole text block is bolded. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?   {Title Renamed by MOD}

Adobe XD is the only app that uses a lot of CPU even when it's idle. I don't want to close it, but I wonder why the CPU is always in use by XD! Windows 10 RAM 64GB XD version 50.0.12     <Title renamed by moderator>

I have logged out and back into CC and rebooted my pc ..nothing worjsI have adobe enterprisse with my work and it includes xd which i have been using for years

I can not duplicate itesm on an Artboard. Command D does nothing, click and drag holding down options duplicates the object as long as I am holding down the option key — when I release it, the duplicated object disappears. Copy and paste also produce no results. With the Layers panel I see these objects briefly appear at the top most layer and then disappear. In troubleshooting, I thought that because the oibjects were grouped (not components) that it might be an issue with groups. It was then that I realized ungrouping objects no longer worked either. In trying to test an ungrouped object, I drew a new one and now that disappears as soon as I release my mouse as well.    In short, the bulk of the useful features in XD are now broken and useless. I restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled XD and the proble persists.    No recent OS update occured and there are no pending updates in Creative Cloud.    Max OS 11.6.5 2.5ghz quad-core Intel Core

I created and updated different boards in XD but when I come to generate a new link to share my prototype, old versions of the boards are displayed in the prototype. Hi, Adobe xD is stuck on launch (logo screen) windows, I can't finish my project and I have a deadline, I tried reinstalling the application, updating drivers, going in the registry editor, using an even lower version of the Adobe xD, updating windows, installing Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, checking some files in system32 (msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll) nothing helps, does anyone know how to fix this ??   After opening Adobe xD, after several minutes the application crashes (exit).   Do they know that they have a problem, I saw that I'm not the only one who has this problem? Is it not available globally yet?I cannot open a file someone sent me. It says I need to upgrade, but my latest version is 49.0.12.I am using a Mac, OS 12.3.1 on desktop All of my apps are set to auto-updateWhat I have tried:I uninstalled XD 49.0.12 and then re-installed it.I uninstalled it (49.0.12) and then installed the older version (48.0.12). I tried to upgrade from that, but it still shows that my latest version is 49.0.12.
