hi every guysI made a selection box to appear when clicking through the current component. The problem is that the click range is set as much as the size of the selection box. I would like to know how to modify the click range by the size of the selectbox.The click range is interrupted to the position of the other selection box at the bottom. 

I have Adobe XD installed on my Mac Mini running Catalina (10.15.4).  The app starts up just fine. Everytime I attempt to quit Adobe XD, the application freezes and after a while I can hear the fans on my computer spin up because the application has frozen.  In the end I have to force quit it. Things I have tried: 1. Checked Creative Cloud and it shows that I am running the latest version.2. Attempted to sign out of Creative Cloud and sign back in in case it was an account related issue.3. Uninstalled and removed preferences, and reinstalled the application. I don't know what else to try at this point.

Been waiting since 2018.  The android version doesn't even run in mine. This is so sad 😞

Since the update this morning I am finding my shared design review starts to load then the page goes blank.   Plus I have also had two instances of the desktop software closing with no warning today, that has rarely happened in two years of usage.

Hi,I have a datagrid that I have created and turned into a component.  There are a number of instances of this component.Is it possible to have these component instances "inherit" the prototype links that are in the main component?  I just assumed they would be automatically created, but this isn't the case in my project. Thank you.

Hi,I'm aware there are other posts on this and that there is a feature request, but it's dated back to 2019.Is there any way of disabling this?  A workaround?  A setting in a config file - anything?  It is hugely annoying as it occurs far too regularly.Thank you.

Different colour appears in Apple M1 max. If an image with colour graphics is imported to xd, the colour appears  different. When an artboard is exported from XD, colour is totally changed(washed).

I want to make a virtual keyboard where the user clicks on each value he wishes to type. But a cant assign a keypress to those compnents.All i want is; When button is pressed - Type "1"Is there a way to do this? Thanks

Just starting out in XD.  Created a tutorial concept with a circle and tag that highlight functions on a webpage. However, when using Auto-animate between two artboards, with a time trigger and in and out easing, the target graphics fade and appear.  With the same settings, on subsequent artboards, the graphics slide from place to place, which is what I prefer.     Anyone encounter this problem?  I would appreciate any pointers.    Thank you.  James   [Moving from generic Start/Help forum to the specific Program forum... I updated XD to the latest version. and "Bring to front" no longer working.

I get an error 86 when trying to open them Also, this problem occurs only with a specific file,  All other Xd files are working fine only this file has the issue. I've read previous guidance in other related topics and I've done what everybody recommended such as:creating a new user account and checking my file againuninstalling creative cloud and Adobe XD by Adobe creative cloud cleaner and then install the latest version of thosechanging name of my filesign out of XD and restarts the machine and sign back inReinstall XDchecking my file on another laptop (6 laptops) and with another Adobe accountCreate a Local User Account in Windows 10 etc. Please help me with this error 86. Here is our problem:Adobe has requested the migration of our personal accounts to a "business" profile. This forced us to export all our cloud libraries from the old personal account and then add them to our new company profile.We have since had a big problem in XD:- All our links are broken on our files! Here is an example :On our old personal profile we export the icon library "icon_library"."icons_library" is initially used in local XD files and allows us to quickly update components of a Design System.On our new Company profile we import "icons_library" hoping to be able to recreate all the links.Unfortunately our XD files remain dependent on "icons_library" of our personal profile.We have hundreds of items out of ten files to attach and it's endless work!How to link the assets of our old personal profile to those of our new company profile without having to redo everything?We have followed Adobe's migration recommendations to the letter, but this part is flawed.Thank you for

I'd like to log a persistent crash on Exporting PNGs from AdobeXD. This issue has been occuring for over a year now - normally I don't have to export to PNG so it's not much of an issue but lately I've been getting multiple crashes a day. I can count 4 crashes this morning alone. XD then has to be force quit using CTRL+ALT+DEL. What's worse is AdobeXD will then not restart at all and hangs on the loading screen. The only solution is to either manually kill all Adobe processes in Task Manager or restart the computer which is a complete pain. When exporting the dialog hangs on the last 1%. Pressing cancel does nothing and the dialog cannot be dismissed. Closing XD using the X does not work.   PNGs are being exported to a OneDrive folder containing other PNGs.Windows 10 ProOS Build 19042.1348AdobeXD is latest build as of 19NOV2021 

Hi there, I would like some help with this error, please. It used to work a few months ago, but now everytime I try to open XD it prompts this message saying it wasn't possible to access Adobe's servers and asking to verify my internet connection. Things I've tried: - https://helpx.adobe.com/br/xd/kb/cannot-verify-subscription-xd.html (both solutions, my Web Credentials were empty so did it with Windows Credentials)- Removing CC and XD completely from my computer with RevoUninstaller and downloading it again- Tested other networks from different locations and providers Thought about doing a Windows reinstall but would like to avoid that if possible. I don't know how else I can fix this issue and I really need this to work on my computer, so if anyone has any idea of what to do, I'd greatly appreciate the help. Thanks!

I am unable to access any of the previous cloud file or any files shared with me. Also I am unable to publish any new links and update link. This isssue has been occuring for since 3 days, please guide me through the solution for this since its craeting a huge hinderence and delaying my work.

Hello,   since 2 days now i can't unable to open any shared file with me. I have completly remove XD and Creative Cloud with the tooltip "Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool", but nothing changed. When i try to open a shared file, i have always the same error message : "Error cannot open this document".I have this problem on my 2 PC.   <Title renamed by moderator>

When I use the shift key when dragging an object,I often mistake it for the shift key and press the return key.   If the drag object contains text when you press the return key, you will be in text editing mode and dragging will be interrupted. After this operation, undo will not work. (This issue can be resolved by reopening the documentation or restarting.)   Also, a synchronization error may occur. To make matters worse, During collaborative work, the other party will also have problems.   Won't you guys reproduce it?I really want to fix this.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Published design specs include specific design details of a screen (fonts, colours, etc.) but I can't see where to add a description of the logic in the page. E.g. if I have  two radio buttons I might want to describe the different behaviour if one is chosen over the other, or the validation to apply to a particular field.Of course I could write a separate document that references the XD design document, but that would be more difficult to maintain.So my questions are:Is it possible to edit a design document in the free version of XD to add a description of the logic in a screen?If not, is it possible to do 1 in a paid subscription using XD?If neither 1 or 2, is Adobe considering adding this functionality?Thanks!

When I try to create a new link getting 44:76 error and not able to create the link. It used work earlier but al of a sudden it is behaving differently. Not able to find the issue. Can some please help with the resolution.    <Title renamed by moderator>

If an XD files was shared using a different account and that account has been cancelled do you lose access to that shared file?

Предоставил доступ к облачному файлу коллеге, которая сидит на Windows 10, где как выяснилось вышла уже 45 версия, когда у меня на Mac OS 42 и возможности обновиться там просто нет. В итоге я сижу как идиот, не имея доступ к своему облачному файлу, где очень часто виду работу. Самое бесячее, нет возможности как то откатиться, так как если это делать через "историю файла" на ее компьтере, он сохраняет в 45 версии. В облаке / UI, этого функционала вообще просто нет.
