Hey,Does gamepad recognize directional Stick/LStick movement? As in NE, SW not just N, A, E and W. Is it possible to have hold actions on a trigger? For example a classic interaction within gaming is a Y/Triangle Hold to craft something (Far Cry, Last of us). Can anyone help here?Thanks!

I was working on xd for past a week and just now, my account automatically got signed out and when I signed in again, all the editings were gone. I am back on the 4days ago design. How can I resolve this issue? This is really urgent!

Hi, I'm working with an XD file saved to my local desktop with plans to share, but having trouble to generate links for my prototype. When I try to generate a shareable link, XD says " We can’t create this link because your storage is full. Go to published on the web to remove some links to free up storage"I only used 3.8 GB of my storage...so there is no way my storage is fullIt is happening with all of my XD files, not just oneThis is my first time using the generating a sharable link featureI tried to quit the activity monitor and relaunch the app, but it is the same thing over again

Hi  I have come across this a few times now and is a little embarrassing in user testing that a user is clicking around the prototype and for no reason, the page will load partway down the page or some times at the bottom. I have tried clearing cookies after each session but this doesn't seem to help Is this a known bug, am I doing something wrong??

I have some document components that are from a missing library. They are not used in the document, and they can not be deleted from the components library leaving me with a very sizable library. 

I uploaded a prototype to Creative Cloud and found a strange issue with a dropdown row.The animation of the arrow icon works fine locally. But on the Creative Cloud version, the up arrow icon disappears when the row is expanded. I've tried to update the link several times but it doesn't work. Please see the videos showing the prototypes of the local environment and the Creative Cloud platform respectively. Has anyone ever encountered this issue? Hey there,I'm working with a client on their project and I need to colaborate with the company's employees, but ONLY with XD files.Since I have my own creative cloud account and they have theirs, when I'm saving a file to the cloud it's my own cloud and NOT the company's...Pls advise ASAP,Thanks

Hi,After launching CC app today I've got updates for several apps XD included. But after the update I've noticed, that Libraries will not load in Adobe XD, despite being available in CC app itself and other apps like Photoshop and Illustrator.  I've reverted back to Adobe XD version 35.0.12 and everything works fine. I'm on Windows 10, but since it's ok in the older version - it should not be a problem on my end. For now, I'll stick with this one and auto-update turned off. Hope it will be fixed soon.

Hello, this is quite worrying for me. For the past few weeks, anytime I previewing an artboard in fullscreen mode, it lags a lot in responding to the interactions. Whether its scroll groups, hover effect etc. I'm always up-to-date by the way. I'm on macOS Catalina. Has anyone faced this?

Hi,I can't install Adobe XD. Everytime I try to install XD I get error code 206. I have tried everything in the troubleshoot info, but nothing works. XD worked fine few days ago but then started acting wierdly so I tried to reinstall it but i can't do that.

Hi, can someone please explain me how exactly line height work, I don't seem to get it correctly.Please see the image. Baseline grid size: 8 pxFamily/Style: Rubik/LightFont Size: 20 pxLine height: 32 px(multiple of 8 px base grid)Red line height: 32 pxBlue line height: 56 px(same as paragraph bounding box height calculated by Xd using auto-height function) My question is:Why is the blue line (or paragraph height) 56 px and not 64 px (twice the 32 px line height).Paragraph has two lines, shouldn't the paragraph height therefore be 64 px? Thank you 

HI, I've been struggling with a really annoying bug, I have an artboard with an image and some vector elemets stacked behind it, in the layer stack everything seems fine, order of layers is fine, bitmap image on top, vectors behind, but when I export (PNG), the vector layers at the back are appearing on top of the image! Ive been using XD for a while and never experienced anything like it

Those who use Adobe Xd through Windows can't use many options? Does it fall into any system, those who use MacBook or use premium version will only get the opportunity to use it? Update in normal tools, I can't use many options, besides Mask option, many options of prototyping don't work. I would be happy if the authority reply to my message. 

When I'm exporting my mocks from XD to our developer, he's picking up the styles generated by XD, which sends the fonts in points, not pixels. I can't imagine why this would be part of the functionality, so I'm sure I'm missing a setting somewhere.  How can I be sure my fonts are exported as PX and not PTS? Thank you.

Hi.   Some rendering problems have been happening in the last three or four versions.   1 - In the desktop preview, in a mobile flow, when the user clicks on an element to go to another screen, this screen is not resized correctly;   2 - On this same screen, a white rectangle is not rendered correctly in the browser preview;   3 - Still in the browser preview, in desktop flow, a red rectangle that I have in the footer is also not rendered correctly.   Video showing the problems:   XD Version: 35.0.12.14, Creative Cloud Sync 4.3.61.1   My notebook specs:   I don't know what else to do. Hi, i try to save my current Adobe XD project as Cloud Document to Libraries. But now I am waiting 2 hours & still is saving!!!!! XD file size is around 280MB. Its eat all my internet speed & I can nothing to do. Where is a problem? Thanks

I have been a CC user for a long time. I recently downoloaded XD to review for new web design creation. While seaching for turnkey web development programs, I came accross Adobe Spark. I had never heard of Spark. I do not see it in the creative cloud list.When did Adobe release Spark? Is it available to me in my CC subscription? Does XD interface with Spark?Any inofrmation you can give me would be appreciated.Thank you in advance,Jim

Periodically [ctrl] and [space] stop working as key modifiers for pan and zoom, bringing progress to a complete halt. Sometimes stopping and restarting XD resolves it, sometimes (like now) it doesn't. I'm at a loss as to which process to kill in task manager as there's no obvious XD process. Plenty of random Adobe processes though. This is very annoying. Version 35.1.12.5 CC Sync 4.3.61.1.

Hello everyone,I have trouble using my adobe for team license.On the adobe platform it shows that i have 2 plans. (adobbe for team and the free trial one)Whenever i try to use adobe XD, i cannot publish links (i have only one) though i have the team plan and it always asks me to upgrade for a premium license. And the team license is not visible.   I tried signing out and then signing back in to Creative Cloud but i have the same problem.Can someone please advise on how can this problem be resolved ?Thank you. 

I know this might be an odd question but the designer before me didnt prototype in a proper prototype tool. I find myself in charge of the design of a developed and release app, but without much prototype material to start from. (Well, its from scratch)Is there any way to generate XD files from the code? Or a logic appmapp with all the subpages? And as an added bonus, when doing a thorough design review is there any plugins for XD to help with that? (Identifying components, elements not standard for the plattform, contrast etc.)Cheers!
