Unable to download assets in the developer link despite selecting all the right options (Export for andriod - checked downloadable assets). need help....

"Align to Pixel Grid" option not respecting "Lock Aspect Ratio" in certain scenarios.Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new Artboard, Add a circle- Radius: 12.4 (Same height & width)- Lock the aspect ratio- Position: X: 12.2 Y: 12 2. Select the "Align to Pixel Grid" option. Expectation: 1. The shape should be resized to a radius without decimal value2. The position should be adjusted to align with the grid3. The aspect ratio should be maintained. Actual Observation: Width : 13Height: 12Position: X: 12 Y: 12 The first 2 expectations are met, but the aspect ratio is not maintained even though the "Lock Aspect Ratio" option is selected. 

I have been unable to export more than a couple of artboards to HTML from XD. Each time I click export it crashes. This is a problem as I need to export numerous pages and am time constrained. GB

I have a table UI and two components with hover state in it (row background and text) but it's not working properly. To make the text hover work, I need to hover quickly on it but if I hover slowly from row going to the text, text hover will not work. Any ideas how to fix it? Or is it for the Adobe XD to fix?

Hello! I use the hover state to make a button get larger when hovered over. I have done this in the past by resizing the object, in the Hover State, using the Alt+Shift key. This keeps the center point in place. For whatever reason, this shifts the placement of my default State, so it looks like the button is shifting positions between states. Really odd, anyone else having this issue?  I did go back and reposition the default state, but that then affected the hover state ;(Thank you!

Dear Community members,In the last release of XD, we witnessed a very nice feature, which is the 3D Transform, but unfortunatly that feature is still not applicable on Hover State. So I am asking for this feature to be improved and to allow 3d use in hover state. Thank you,

Hello,Images that are masked with a shape are exporting incorrectly/upsidedown/missing, when exported to a PDF. I'm only posting in hopes that it will be fixed in an update. Thank you Sam  

It's becoming almost impossible to preview Adobe XD files while working on them as what I get is the message - which appears everytime I even move around the artboard (without even touching/moving components).

I've been working on a full page in xd and  on the bottom of the page i have a button that when the user is clicking on it it sepuse to open 2 icons of options to continue. while the button is clickable it always jump back to the top of the page and than the user need to scroll back down to see thouse icons.my question is how can i fix it so the screen will stay on the same position? Thank you.

Quite often (every 10th time or so), the right mouse click does NOT work with AdobeXD. However, on Windows and other app, it ALWAYS works (it's not the mouse).

Hi, I'm trying to import a component from a creative cloud library and I have the error message : "it could not be linked because some dependencies are missing"     Don't understand this message, when I open the master file of the CC library and I had something in the component, than update, it work but why it doesn't work at the first time ? I can't update all components because there is nothing to update ...!        

We recently had a designer leave and her CC license was inactivated. As a result, the links she had previously shared stopped working. The page we get when we click on a link is titled "Link Not Found" and the body copy is as follows: Something went wrong.You can try accessing the link again or, if the error persists, report the error. In researching this, I saw similar questions, along with Adobe's assurance that links are permanent and do not expire, even when the CC license expires. Maybe I'm missing something in XD and its associated Docs, but I can't figure out how to turn an instance component into an independent (main) component.

Is there anyway to share the presentations we are working on with people that don't have Adobe accounts? I understand we can send them links, that works, but the presentation is muted and can't be heard by anyone not logged in.  So far I've tried the "User Testing" and the "Presentation" modes to generate links, but both keep prompting the people that receive it to log in to Adobe in order to hear the audio.  Maybe I'm doing something wrong, does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Hello, I have an issue with my XD file. I wish to link 5 different texts to parts of the page below and even though I follow the instructions and the cursor appears, they all lead to the beginning of the artboard. Is there any steps I am missing or a problem? FYI this is what I do: Click the prototyping wire to view the Interaction panel and then:Trigger: Set to Tap.Action Type: Set to Scroll To. Destination: Select the destination group of objects. I have to mention here that I have copied the illustrations from AI to XD. The group of objects are separated by layers in AI though. Y-offset: Enter the y-offset value that is relative to the top of the wired object. Drag the y-offset handle to the left of the artboard and observe that the y-offset value changes. Easing: Select an option to simulate easing effects. For example, select Ease-Out to ease-out your animations from your prototype.Duration: Enter

"Components and any associated states can now be published to a CC Library and distributed as part of a design system." — From my intitial "testing" this seems to be only partially true...  I have a CC Library already (made a while ago) that collects assests from Phoshop, Illustrator, SVG files, colors, character styles, etc. Before the new version 34 when I tried to add xd componenets they imported as components but lost all states and any link back to the main source file (no right click edit function like a graphic or icon), bummer. I thought this would have changed for the better in the new version 34 but it seems now when I try to add a component to that same CC Library my only option is a Graphic. Seems like we are taking a step backwards... 😕😕  Now it gets even more confusing after doing some digging...  it seems the only way to have XD Components with states available in a "CC Library" is to create a new XD document, include all you

I am trying to work on an assignment for my class and I have been doing good thus far except for today. I was using a component with text going good. Then I go to use a new one, start typing, go to align the text and it  freezes on me. Everything on XD froze, it ended up force closing so I opened it back up again. Bring the component in go to change the text, align it and guess what? It froze.....again but this time I couldn't close the window and it wasn't closing itself I had to power down my PC and restart it. The restart didn't even help. There has got to be a way to keep this from happening. And YES it is updated to the latest version.

Hello, I just updated XD and everything is lagging. It's unusable in this state.  Is there a fix for this?

I have a series of components that all include a ghost group/object when used. The object is a duplication of a group within the component, but it doesn't exist in the Main component. I've found several convoluted ways to clean it up; most of them seem to work temporarily. However the offending group/object continues to return after a day (or even hours).  Steps to reproduce:I place a component onto an artboard or the pasteboard by dragging it from the assets menu. The duplicated group/object will be present. I delete the extra content.I right-click on the component and choose "Reset to main state".The duplicated group/object returns. This object is not present in the Main Component, so there's no way to eliminate it.This issue carries over to any XD document that uses the component library.  Additionally (I will report these as separate bugs when I have time).Everytime I open Adobe XD, I get a crash report dialog (This has been going on for

I saved online an Adobe XD project to see it on my phone but fonts I used inside are missing. Is there a way to link fonts with the XD file to show them on any others phones ?

Hi there,Isolation mode: double-clicking on component to enter an "edit" mode. Is there an article that explains isolation mode in detail? Playing around, I noticed clicking a component once and editing opacity only updates that one instance, despite it being the master component. However, if I double click and then update opacity from the master, all the linked components are updated as well. I was curious as to why this is.
