I shared a layout link with the development team and the assets were unavailable to download. Note that I set the exhibition for development, but the assets icon wasn't even on the right side menu where it was supposed to be.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi! We have a designer that moved on and left us with a nice XD "Master Style Guide" file that has all the Assets in the Assets panel on the left.How do we share this file with others so that they can use the same items? (We have access to the account.)Our hope is that when creating a new XD file for this project, the other designers can load the assets from the "Master Style Guide". The Master is in the Cloud, we have invited the other designers to the file, they can open it but are unable to start a new file and import the assets (using the + at the top right of the Assets panel). Any help is greatly appreciated!! Can you make a button appear and be sticky after scolling on the page?

Hello!   Whenever I am exporting assets, in the Save as dialog box, I click create new folder in the bottom left, it crashes the whole of XD. It freezes and then I also can't force quit the application so then I have to force shut down my Mac to then start it all up again. So I try and create all my folders first - is the obvious way around but it shouldn't be doing this.   This only ever happens when I create a new folder so I think this is a bug. I put verification code, but then appear more and more pop ups in blank up to close the app. I can't work on Adobe XD. Please, Could you help me??

Lost full access to my cloud documents, as well as losing access to document history and the ability to have someone join the document as a contributor. Spoke to colleagues I work with who have similar issues with the application based in India, specifically Chennai and Noida.  

Hi, I'm trying to add a vertical scroll to a map, but I need it to start the bottom bit of the map and let the user scroll upwards. This works vice versa but cannot thinks of a work around. 

Sketch basically forces you to define states as different artboards. Because let's face it, creatiing overrides is such a pain with sketch. With XD states has changed everything for me. For a UX designer this isn't so bad. But when it comes to the UI side of things. It's a total pain. Converting multiple sketch symbols into a single symbol with mulitple states is a massive pain. It shuts me down and requires to do so much production work just to be able to make a toggle switch auto animate. Anything that needs to be auto animated from one state to the other reliably requires a ton of work. For the life of me don't know why anyone likes using Sketch for so many reasons. XD has is downsides for sure. But I can work faster in it hands down. So I had an idea!!!!! I do love the "/" for organizing symbols. Why can't XD reccognize this organization technique to convert several symbols into a symbol with states when a design system is downloaded for XD that would be amazing

Hello,I made a website interface on adobe XD for desktop and mobile.I used Playfair Display and Montserrat fonts. Fonts are installed on my desktop and activated on adobe font account.I am logged on all my XD accounts, desktop (win10) and mobile IOS (iPad Pro12.9 13.4) (iPhone 8 13.3.1).My problem :When I preview my layout on a browser, everything is fine.When I preview my layout on mobiles devices XD app, the first screen is ok. but after one tap to switch to another layout everything is screwed. All the fonts and styles seem to have disappeared and replaced by a system font. The problem occurs on both iPad and iPhone devices.The prototype is fine on the link preview.   Thanks for your feedback.   {Renamed By MOD}

Hello,For website main navigation items, if you have a hover state that appears and lists the other areas of the site, is there then a way of making these hover state items clickable and direct the user to those sections of the site? Apologies if this has been covered previously. Cheers

I'm trying to use the overlay feature in my design, which is functioning correctly in prototype mode, but not showing correctly in browser view. It either, doesn't show at all, or displays but in a different position to the one I placed it in prototype mode. I've also found that the only way the overlay functions properly is if I zoom out to 25% (see attached image). However, any closer to 100%, it just doesn't work... There's been two occassions where it's worked when I've zoomed back in, but 95% of the time it doesn't show. There's other overlay functions I have within the document that are behaving in the same way, but I'm assuming that the cause of the problem is the same. Hopefully someone can help? Would really appreciae it! I've attached photos to illustrate the issue I'm having. Cheers 

Hi there Adobe,We have multiple iPads and iPhones at my workplace and none of them are popping up in the "preview on device" popup like they used to. I'm testing on a Windows 10 device that is updated with all updates as of today (28/09). I also have the latest version of iTunes installed, and the devices show up in iTunes where I can see all the info & storage on them.The only place they don't seem to be appearing is in XD. I've tried re-installing XD on Windows (which btw is a pain in the ass because I have to manually re-download every plugin individually), re-installing it on the iPads and iPhones, and of course restarted the devices.

how can select export specify  area to export image if image is big and visible in outside of artwork but we want to only get image shown in artboard or  a portion of image or part of image.

I'm designing a two-level dropdown hamburger menu for mobile version of a website. I have one hover state applied to the compent but how doI get multiple hover states to one compenent? If I have a master component that's now been included on many pages, I can see that I can edit it to update the contents that are already in there. But I can't seem to figure out how to add say new images to the component. You can't just drag something inside to the component.  At the moment the only thing that I can see looks close is to ungroup the component and then regroup it with the new images, but I don't think that's going to work. 

hi,i recently started using Adobe XD and i found out that whenever i zoom in or out, i find it hard to go back to the original size i was working with plus i dont think there is an option to scroll up , down or sideways or am i missing something?   {Renamed By MOD}  

I'm more a beginner and having some problems with the voice "detection". It seems that XD is sometimes getting the input and sometimes not - depending o the word I set. Is there more information about it? Typical problems and misunderstandings, best practise, something around the "Voice detection"...? In my case example:"Dog" - works"Heaven" - works not My aim is to let the user chose letters from the alphabeth.User says "C" (the letter) => and shall be guided to the artboard I set for this command. Do I may have to write down "see" or "sea" ? regards

I work on my project and i have no problem with it until i export my project in zepline and i have this problem with all of my shapes and buttom as you can see in picture i sent they arent fit and they have unvisibale border and gap that appear in export,what should i do?

I can't open an XD file because it says it was created in a higher version. But my XD is in the latest version (30.3.12.5). How do I solve this?

If I rename a component in Adobe XD in the elements list the new name is not reflected in the shared specs (on the web / in the cc cloud). The old names remains as a file name.E.g. if I have named a component icon-network (and marked it for export) the inital spec share export provides a file named "icon-network.svg". If I change the component name to "icon-network-middle" the file name in the spec export remains "icon-network.svg". I would expect it to change to "icon-network-middle.svg".

Hi, it's been a month since my most of my cloud files have disappeared from my Adobe XD Desktop application. Some show up, but the rest are missing.The only way to access and use these files is via the Creative Cloud Storage, which makes me download and work on each file as a local document.Trying to open some shared files also resulted in an error which did not allow me to open them as cloud documents. I've waited fro multiple Adobe XD updates, hoping it would resolve the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app at least twice.Please help me asap. I work on Adobe XD everyday and this is making job extremely difficult. 

We face in creating SHARE LINKS and already create shared links are not working. 

Hello, currently Im not able to access my work saved on the cloud. Therefore sharing and accessing shared links is not possible. The customer and me depend on that. What can I do? Is the cloud have issues currently? 

When I export images that are resized in XD (in JPG with no compression or PNG), they are blurryer than if I do the same in Photoshop. I join an image below to compare two images for example (top image = XD, bottom image = Photoshop). The two images are resized from the same picture. Look at the text "Aqua magnifica" for example which is blurred on the top image.Also, I've found this post where someone has the same problem but I think the answer does not really solved the issuehttps://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/1x-image-is-blurred-when-i-export/m-p/10506089?page=1#M14283 Is there any solution to fix the problem ?
