Bonjour, J'ai créé un menu avec un changement d'état en hover. Le problème est le suivant. Lorsque je survole un item du menu "animaux, jardin, eveil enfant, ésotérisme..." afin que les sous-menus s'affichent et bien le même sous-menu s'affiche pour tous les items survolés (sous-menu relatif au thème  santé- bien être soit " développement personnel, energetique, psychologie...). Peu importe où je survole sur la ligne de "santé-bien-être", j'ai toujours les mêmes sous-titres. . J'ai essayé les masques, je n'ai pas réussi. Auriez-vous une solution? I have made a menu with hover state. Here is my problem. I have a menu with secondary menu which is display when i hover the menu but it's the same secondary menu which display for all menu. I tried with mask but it is does not work. It's impossible for some people with disabilities to hold down spacebar.(Windows allows "sticky" keys for modifiers like alt, ctrl, shift, but not for spacebar).The Windows On-Screen Keyboard will also toggle the modifiers' states, but not other keys (like the spacebar). An on-screen tool for panning would be one option.Depending on your UX needs, perhaps the option where spacebar would toggle the pan-with-click state.  Or both of these options. (While you're at it, if you wouldn't mind, please inform your UX/UI people they might like to evaluate the usability of the interface by disabled people -- on-screen-keyboards are one primary tool used by many.)  Thank you very much for your wonderful work. 

While working in XD, I use the Live Preview for mobile all the time. Until recently. The live preview locked on one of my design files and wouldn't load the new file. Then when I tossed out the mobile app and redownloaded it and signed in, it now won't recognize when the device is plugged in. I just get the prompt screen. Yet, I can still get the cloud files to load and interact with those. But it's not the same. Any thoughts? Do I need to dump and reload my desktop app?  I use the Creative Cloud Sync version of XD and I'm caught up. And I run it from my MacBook Pro running 10.14.6 (Mojave) and my iPad Pro and iPhone X are all caught up on their updates. 

Ich möchte gerne die plugins erneuern, weiß aber nicht wie.Bei mir gibt es einen Konflikt mit den plugins (heufiger Programmabsturz).Habe die plugins deaktiviert und schon läuft das Programm. Aber wie erneuere ich die plugins oder bringe sie in Ordnung. 

I have grouped together a box as a background color #EFEFEF and and icon. No matter what I do to export, it will not export the background color #EFEFEF and keeps changing it to white. I've tried grouping, ungrouping and exporting seperately. I've tried exporting as both jpg and png. I even pulled it into illustrator to try to export there and it keeps changing it to white as well. Anyone have any idea why adobe will not export this color?

Hi. I would be greatful if anyone has any suggestions with this problem. I'm very new to xd. I'm using the Anima plugin.When I go to preview my 3 homepage versions, the web version's fixed header arranges to the left every time rather than staning in the middle (I have screenshots that show this). The iphone and ipad screen seem to lock the header in place fine.(Even when I duplicated the ipad version and use one as the web version instead, and delete the old one the same thing happens).The vector logo in the banner also seems squashed in the first 2 only. (not iphone).... In the design screen all looks as intended so it has me puzzled.Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I can't send the screenshots to give a better idea. Your help would be greating appreciated.Thanks

Hello, I tried to export a design that I created but the image becomes faded.As a second problem, if I use the "Champagne & Limousines" font, it gives me the following error.

I can't updated the latest screen to my existing link. Even I have linked all my visuals @ prototype tab, but the newly added screen still greyed-out. Anyone facing the same problem?     (Images Deleted by Moderator at OPs request)

I attached a video of my issue, but the quick rundown is the following:  I have a nav item that's an icon with text next to it. I use this master nav item to build all instances of the vertical nav list.Each is stacked on the other and they are all instances of that main master nav item.These stacked nav items make up the larger overall side navigation for the application, which is a component itself.If for some reason I need to add or update any item in that list, the overrides do not cascade to all the instances in files using that main side navigation component. I did my best to explain that, but my video probably shows it much more clearly, especiall at the very end when adding the "Dog" to the nav (just for demonstration purposes).

I've had XD hang on me a few times recently and just worked out this seems to happen when you export an image from the pasteboard without an artboard. My XD version is 30.3.12.5 and my OS is macOS Catalina 10.15.5. 

Hello,I am looking for a way to share file specs (as color, font size, ligh height, font name, font cuts etc.) with a non-XD user developper. If I am exporting an svg of pdf file, paragraphs line are split and there is no way to know the line height (excep eyeballing). Also, it's not quite convenient to know other font specs.Is there a way to export a file, with these type of info?  Thanks a lot.

I had installed Adobe XD from the adobe website, and connect it to adobe cloud. but now I can't connect to adobe cloud so I can't create a new adobe xd project, like this. although I already restart my laptop and the creative cloud service

I'm handing off assets to my developers and have noticed that all of my images are being exported at much higher weights than they were when I dropped them into the designs.  An example:  Uploaded this image into a rectangle (mask) within the design.  File is 113 KB.https://angelmerzdigital.tinytake.com/tt/NDUwMDUzNl8xNDI1NDM4OQ2.  When exporting I receive this file and it is cropped which should cut off maybe even 2/3 of the original file size.  Instead the new filesize is 415KB.  That's almost 4x the original size?? Here are the file properties side by side.  You'll notice the width has bumped up by about 100px but the height has been cut down by 2,000!https://angelmerzdigital.tinytake.com/tt/NDUwMDU0NF8xNDI1NDM5Nw Do I really have to go in and optimize every single image again?? Also, just a side note, I originally optimized because I noticed that my prototype was extremely slow.  I went through the painstaking task of

There is an issue with recording a video from the prototype - when I click the record button - it indicates that the record is on (it blinks) but the time is still on 00:00. I have a component that has 2 states:Default state: A Group containing a rectangle with text, and another rectangle + text within (which is itself a component with a hover state). At Default State, opacity is set to 0%Second State: Same thing, but the opacity is set to 100% In prototyping, when the second state is triggered, the hover state on the component within the first component no longer works. When default state's opacity is set to 100%, it works fine in both states. The same thing happens when "Hide" is used in the Layers panel, rather than opacity. In troubleshooting, when the opacity is set to 1% or higher, the hover works again I have attached two videos showing this bug - in one marked 0% opacity, you can see that the hover button does not work. In the other, opacity is set to 22%, and the hover button then works in both states. No other changes were made. (this is troubleshooting so placement is not relevant)

Hi, I'm sharing the project with my team by using this link so they can make comments on it.  At the moment when I use the preview it works just fine:  But when I update the shared link the content looks like this in some screens in the browser:This is anoying since I can't find were is the problem because I found everything is ok inside the editor. Any clue? We really need to find a solution fast.

Hello, I have a problem downloading plug-ins to Adobe XD. I can't download any plugins for this program, and after each attempt an error window without number pops up. On the adobe site I have not found instructions to solve this problem, maybe someone has already faced such a problem.

After the latest update stacks no longer function properly in a preview mode or in shared preview links. It only functions correctly in prototype mode when I click on the component state. But if I use an interaction to trigger the component state the stacks do not work. Please see the attached video
