VR Plane to Sphere not working in latest AE update 18.4

Hello. I am working on a project which uses the VR Plane to Sphere effect. Now with the update that was installed Version 18.4. This effect appears to have broken, it does not work at all.

Please help.

Edit: If I begin a new project and apply VR Plane to Sphere, it does work.... So it appears to be something going on with my existing project :-(...
