Hi, I'm opening a very intense .fla project (large complex drawings and animation, but no fx) in after effects.I've done this for years with simpler projects and it always works fine.However, with my current project whenever I import a .fla into after effects - it opens as a composition, I see all my layers - but random frames on random layers are missing. So the playback becomes very flickery as half the frames on a layer disapear. When I pause the playback and scrub through the AE timeline those same frames are still missing/invisible.When I export the .fla file as a single SWF it is fine, but obviously I cant edit the individual layers like this.Has anyone experienced this?The only solution I can think of is to export every broken layer as a PNG sequence, which isn't idealSpecs: MBP sonoma, Animate 24.0.0 , After Effects 24.1.0

I use Adobe Animate, I am by no means "new" to how tweens and armatures work, and have used them consistently in lots of animations.  I know how they work and function, and generally prefer to use them.However, I was creating a fun animation where Kratos is a stick figure- when out of the blue, every tween or armature started bugging out after the 40th frame. When I add a keyframe to either the motion, classic OR armature layers, they all bug out and go out of place after the 40th frame. I have created different scenes, copied and pasted into separate documents, turned layers into symbols and even tried to restart everything completely- nothing worked.I have searched and searched and - as far as I know - I am the only one who has this problem. Help would be very much appreciated! Motion tweens with ActionScript 3.0,When converted to HTML5 canvas, all frames are stamped on some layers.Is this an error in Animate 24? I don't want this.Help me.

Hi all. We've created an interactive animated infographic that's got some performance issues. All works as it should at first, but then the whole thing gets really sluggish the more you use it and eventually totally stops working.New to Animate and wondering A) why that's happening, and B) how I can fix it. Hi, I've been working on a animation in Animate, and I have been having issues with importing a particular sound. It's supposed to be background music, and it should be pretty quiet, but when importing into animate it is always the same volume (or decibelage). I have checked the audio multiple times, it'sWAV 44 kHz Stereo 16 Bit. Any ideas?

So I am using Animate for the first time but I used to use Flash back in the day all the time. How does one create a dropdown menu in Animate with an HTML5/Canvas project?

J'ai pourtant réinstallé le logiciel, puis instalé une verison antérieure... toujours sans succès.Une barre de progression se lance, puis plus rien, aucune fenetre ne s'ouvre... idem en passsant par la barre de menu (Contrôle> tester ou Contrôl > tester l'animation > dans len navigateur) Auriez -vous une idée d'ou pourrais venir mon problème ? Hi all,I developed a project in ActionScript2 in CS5. I have now opened my project in Animate to change into AS3. My project has 186 scenes which all opened correctly in AS2 however now, in AS3, an error appears stating the scenes are not found.  I have tried just about everything I can think of, over several days, to get the buttons to navigate to their proper scenes, but still the error appears. so every time i try to apply effects to different layers it works just fine in adobe animate itself, but once it gets exported to media encoder the effects are no longer applied to the layers(the issue im having this time is that i put some layers at a lower opacity than the other ones and its making them full opacity once exported to media encoder)is this an issue with media encoder or something i need to change within animate itself.

The frame picker only has numbers ... not letters.    I set it up to have a letter making the sound of the mouth shape with auto lip sync but when I find tune it with the frame picker.  It only shows numbers .

Alright, so I exported a lot of my assets from adobe illustrator to use in this project I'm working on. I put all the parts in each corresponding folder so I know what part is which. In animate, I put the basic parts together already and made keyframes up to a certain point so they stay the same for the animation. HOWEVER, when I want to put in a new part on a layer, the part does not show up at all. I tried to use other assets (symbols), but none of them are showing up anymore. Is there a fix to this?

Objective: to create an interactive demo using VR 360 deployed to an AWS S3 instance for testing. Stuff that works: well, almost everything. I have a main timeline with 3 frames (because scenes don't work in VR 360 in browser) so each frame contains an equirectangular image rendered from Twinmotion at 8192 x 4096 pixels. Stage is set to that size, wrap is on, each frame has a this.stop(); action and there are clickable items on each frame. These are for the most part 2-frame movieclips, the code from these is partially obtained from the '360 interactivity in A-A 2019' blog post by Ram Kulkarni, which was very helpful indeed but unfortunately did not quite work in a browser. This somewhat modified structure does, locally at least (i.e. in test-in-browser mode and in Firefox with local file testing enabled). Hello! I am attempting to fade my audio (played throughout my animation) at the end.I am using the Fade Out function within the Sound pane of Adobe Animate CC. It works correctly, but then fades out too quickly at the end. I have just a little dead air at the very end of the animation. My solution was to use the "edit sound envelope" feature. I have managed this, but now the sound does not fade out evenly enough. In other words, the sound does fade off, but ends too abrubtly now.I went from sound fading off to silence too soon, to sound fading nicely, but ending too abruptly at the end. Anyone know any tricks tro help with this? Thanks,Matt

The video shows this a lot better than I can explain but I'm losing my mind here. It might be my Gaomon but the problem ONLY persists in Adobe Animate. I'm using a PD156 Pro. I'll try asking on a Gaomon forum soon but I'd like to check and see if anyone could help with this since my issue only got worse after trying to fix it. Not to mention the workspace changed appearance for some odd reason and I can't get it back to the default version. (The timeline frames look a lot larger and thicker than I'm used to)Thanks in advance

I have set up a series of html5 ads at various sizes. The canvas size is set to the right specs, and the clicktag html file that they are linked to doesn't specify a specific size. The html file that is created when the ads are published also have the correct dimensions. When the ads are loaded into Ticketmaster, the aspect ratio changes e.g. 300x600 becomes 300x1200 but I can't identify where this change is coming from. Any suggestions?

Good Morning. I want to upload a free app made with animate to google play console. An app with limitations. In that app there will be a link to purchase products where little by little you can remove limitations according to the money you spend, that is, these purchase products will update the app but with more functions.I works with AS3.I have no idea how this is done in animate and, above all, how it coordinates with the google play console.I really appreciate the help.

I'm a high school teacher and my students are currently working in Animate CC 2017 to create a frame by frame animation. One of the students opened his file today to this message, "Cannot load scene into memory your document may be damaged". He lost three days of work and has no images in his library. We are working on Windows 7 computers.Does anyone know the issue here? After talking with him, the only thing I can think of is the new paint brush tool, which he used. The file is showing that it is 389 KB, so I feel like something has to be there but we can't access it! HELP!!!!

So im just wondering if theres a export function then what about import? Im have a lot of spritesheets where im lost fla file, but didnt lost png and xml.

Hello, question. I made 3 keyframes and got a looping nest in each frame. Now I would like to start with frame 1 looping untill you click an object and go to frame 2 which wil start looping and continue till I click another object again to go back to frame 1 (or frame 3). My question is, do I make the clickable object in the scene mode or do I go one stage deeper and use actioncode in there? And what would be the correct code(s)? Hope this is clear enough, otherwise let me know and I trie and specifie. Thanks, greets, Noob Frank

I want to make a responsive HTML5 banner. So far so good. Now the entire browser window should be filled with a background image. There should be no white streaks visible at any time. The background image should practically be behind the stage and should always adapt completely to the browser window.Does anyone have an idea?

I have set some shortcut keys according to my own habits, but occasionally the customized shortcut keys are cleared and must be reset. Why is this?

I tried downgrading to an older version (I went from 24 to 23.0.3 I think), and still nothing worked. The people in Hyun's Dojo also tried to help but to no avail. For some reason, this also causes my Mouse cursor to look distorted like someone put it into a shredder and then tried gluing it back together afterward if that makes sense. I also cannot screenshot this because strangely, the glitching stops happening if I move the mouse out of the canvas window. I took a photo using my phone since the glitching stops when I try screenshotting:  Quick note: This never used to happen before, I accidentally factory reset my laptop in an attempt to try to get OneDrive to stop automatically deleting my files, and when I reinstalled Animate, that's when the issues started occurring.
