HI Everyone, I am just starting in animate.I got the trial version with the intetion to subscribe. However, I can npt follow the lecture.1 I am unable to create new workspace and the option is not available to me2 When I create a new layer, the sketch I uploaded on the previous layer is still on display.These is hampering me. I just can not follow the class not knowing what to do. Is this normal?Is there how I can fix it or it is because I am using thefree trial version?I will be happy to gt a response.Thank you.

So I was trying to import audio by using Bandicam to record it. When I first tried importing it, it didn't work so I converted it into a .wav. After that, it did import but when I clicked play there was no sound. I've tried everything! I can hear the audio on other audio players but can't hear it in Adobe Animate. I can see the orange lines but I can't hear it. What should I do??? 

galera !! min tirem uma duvida eu consigo criar um apk usando adobe animate com a ferramenta Adobe AIR , a pergunta é vocês acha que vale a pena fazer esse trabalho de aplicativo usando action script 3.0 ?,, para posteriormente esse aplicativo ser divulgado em uma loja de aplicativos ? e outra a play store suporta app Adobe AIR ? ou é melhor ir para uma outa linguagem tipo java etc... ir para o programa que já faz este tipo de coisa,,, porquê vejo muito rumores que a liguagem action script 3.0 esta ficando desuso,,, sei que adobe animate não é o programa certo para min fazer isso,,, mais por conta da facilidade de programar fazer layout ser bem intuitiva quero saber a opinião de vocês...

Is anyone else having issue with importing WAV files (the 'file could not be read' import error)? I went back, opened version 21.0.12 and the same WAV file imported fine. And the FLA I created with it opens and plays fine in 23.0.2 so it's just an import issue.

Hello, I own Adobe Animate v 23.0.2, on a macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7   To sum up the situation: I am trying to import a video of my rough animation to do linework over, but no matter what, animate seems to refuse to let me import it. Worth mentioning, I was actually able to import a reference video to the original rough animation timeline, (albeit after plenty of failures) which makes this whole problem all the more frustrating.   I'm trying to import an mp4 file to the animate, going to File > Import > Import Video. I've tried all of the three options, Load external video, Embed FLV, and Embed H.264 (shortened here for convenience)   When trying Load external video, it only imports the first frame of the video in the timeline.   When trying Embed FLV, converting the file to an FLV file in Media Encoder, it said it cannot upload something with audio, and I tried again and checked off the audio option but it looks like one glitched looking image.   Whe

The banner ads are non-looping and should end on the last keyframe. The HTML exports all animation to the end correctly and after the last keyframe they arbitrarily stop with a random set of layers. Is something different in the lastest version of Animate? Do I need to set a stop for the last keframe? If so, how?  Thanks!(I cannot share example files.)

Hello,I have created HTML5 file where on mouseover a window opens and on mouse exit the window closes. Is there any way to implement this feature for mobile devices as well? So that you go with your finger on the button and the same happens? Without clicking?LG

is there a way to create a 360 2d rig in animate? i'm running into trouble and don't even know what to ask on here, i just know i'm stuck, and I know this is going to be days of work, so i want to make sure it's even possible, and see if anyone had any tips to make it easier.

When i was about to continue working on my animation (of which i put an unfathomable amount of time and effort in) i notised that the file says that it is 2kb in size, and when i tried opening the file it came up with the message "an error occured opening the file E/<project location>" i do not have a recover file and i do not know how to make one, please help i am desperate 

So i was making a few background symbols for a video, and when I drew a bartender and then tried to form a symbol out of the sketch (like I do with all my symbols. ) but when i converted it to a symbol most of it just dissapeard. I then tried selecting the sketch and moving it, but as soon as I deselect it it dissapears as well.  I tried using the brush tool to make a new symbol and it works just fine. What have I done wrong here? 

 I tried converting an animation I made in adobe media incoder multible times, the animation woulnt render and instead this popped up, im thinking it might have something to do with my computers driver? I never had this issue until I installed the newest driver. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

What I'm trying to figure out is to let the "logo" movie clip appear and show too, not just those images that are being loaded in my "images" folder. I have the logo symbol's arrange set to front and the RandomImageSelector movie clip symbol that comes with a link to it's class has it's arrange set to back. What can I do? Someone please help me. Once I get answer and after testing the code, this question will be left gone and removed due to the development privacy reasons.

 Using paste to the current location, the shortcut ctrl+shift+v, the object position has undergone a terrible offsetI checked the documents and found that this was a really catastrophic problem.No matter how careful you are, you will inevitably encounter these problems. In production, or using illustrator material, the scaling and deformation of elements is inevitable, and these subtle deviations cannot escape my eyes.So, I have to do a lot of manual alignment every time? Or restore the deformation and remake it? Is there a good way to avoid it?

Can you PLEASE, with a cherry on top, fix your atrocious Properties UI palette, so I can actually READ the name of the Instance!? Unless there’s very good reason why you would WANT to not read it? FAIL.And while I’m at it, who decided it was a good idea to reverse the generally accepted idea of an EYE icon meaning you can SEE the layer, you know, like in PHOTOSHOP and ILLUSTRATOR, and, and, and.... FAIL.I have to keep my symboland bitmap names short because I have no way of widening the Swap window to read ref numbers. FAIL.

When I import a .wav file the "one or more files were not imported because there were problems reading them" window appears. In a previous project, the same audio file specs for different audio file imported into the previous version of Animate with no problems, so not sure why it's not working now. Currently running Animate ver 21.0.8. I've brought the file into Audition as well as Media Encoder to re-export as different sample rates,  such as 44100Hz, with the same result. Could there be some other aspect of the audio file that Animate doesn't like? Audio file in question:Sample Rate: 48000 HzBit Depth: 32(float)Source Format: Waveform Audio 32-bit Foating Point (IEEE) My PC:64-bit Windows 10 OSAMD Ryzen 7 3700X NVIDIA GeForce RTX 206032GB RAM Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. A lot of my files on Adobe Animate crash with this error<crash exception="EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" exceptionCode="0xc0000005" instruction="0x0000000031C105F3">Does anyone know how to fix it? It's very very annoying.
