Bridge 13.0 on Windows 10 won't enable editing in ACR - requires qualifying product licensed

I just uograded via Adobe Cloud.  I can edit in ACR through Photoshop 24 but not through Bridge 13.0.  I have Bridge 12.0.3 installed and it allows editing in ACR, but Bridge 13.0 does not.  Photoshop 24.0 is installed and I am logged in to my Adobe account.  I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and rebooting.   Could Bridge 13 be lookiing for the qualifying llicense in the wrong locaton?

Hi, did you try to launch Photoshop 24, and see if it fixes the issue?

You bet! Unfortunately, that did not do the trick.

Thanks!

I found this:"Hi. Camera Raw is now working on my computer. I found another solution from a user.
I went to my Adobe Account, clicked "Login and solution" - then scrolled down to "Active session". Then I clicked "End sessions" once or twice and then restarted my computer. After that Camera Raw worked fine for me.

I hope this can help you too. My Adobe is in Danish, so I hope I got the translation right."
