I updated Bridge this afternoon to version 2022. Afterwards, every time that I attempted to delete an image from a clients folder, it deleted the entire folder of photos. It keeps moving the entire folder to the trash. Once I unistalled the latest version and went back to Bridge 2021, I didn't have the same issue. I can delete one image at a time and not have the entire folder and contents moved to the trash. Can someone please check the latest version and update the bugs? Thank you!Amy Bezek Photography

Hello all -- I have read prior questions on this topic and tried the suggested fixes including reinstalling Bridge but to no avail. RAW images appear in color in the Downloader frame, and are initially in color in the folder when that window pops up but then one by one the color RAW images turn to black and white.  When opened in ACR or PS the images remain black and white.Any new thoughts on this problem?  Thought perhaps that it might be a glitch in ACR given that the D-Lux 7 is so recently introduced but would obviously like to remedy the problem as quickly as I can.Thanks,Gary

It's several years and Photo Downloader continues to function very unreliably.1. On my other computer using OS Big Sur, it doesn't hold the Advanced Settings at all2. On my MacBook Air running OS Mojave, it retains the advanced settings BUT... 3. On both computers and OSs, it quits out midstream of downloading. This can be for large quantities, such as 70 or more, and also for small, such as only 8 photos. I am traveling and losing tons of time doing my daily download of photos. Does someone have the reason and more importantly the fix for this?If someone from Adobe could weigh in and explain why an app so reliable over 5 years ago has become riddled with problems and let us know now to fix (and if impossible, then how soon will it be -- last time I checked over 2 years ago, they indicated it was being worked on and would be soon... what happened?)?Thank you.Shelley

I have the latest version of Bridge installed.I want to export some images to PNG, but I have only an option to choose JPG.Very frustrating, dont know what to do...

I have lost the whole ability to Label (colour label the file with red: cmd-6 for example) or add a rating (Add a number of stars to a file eg with the number cmd-5 for a '5-star' image). When I press these keys it doesn't change in my thumbnail (content frame) or change in my filter frame.  I've never had this problem before and my Bridge is up to date Anyone any solutions for this please? Thanks Dave

What the hell is going on with Bridge!? I'm trying to work and it crashes on average 10-20 times PER DUCKING DAY my bros. WHY.

How to export photo to email without using the cloud  

Have been with three techs and the issue seems to have gotten worse.   Initial problem was with Bridge adding 3 key words to all my images from a 3-4 year photoshoot.   After working with remote support, the last tech says that Creative Cloud is not working properly.  It shows my account and that my applications are up to date, BUT, PS CC, Bridge all show install on them.    Any image I open (RAW - NEF, DNG, JPEG) immediately  open to PS even though Camera Raw is checked in preferences.  DNG files that go to PS  result in a window that says the format is not supported.   I have a Nikon Z9 and know that HE is not supported but I was working with images from PhotoMechanic into Bridge.   Now nothing works. Tech reinstalled Creative Cloud, PS and Bridge.    I called Apple and we tried to use Time Machine - but that did not work as the applications are being pulled from Adobe CC from latest version so it appears I can't go bac

Step 1: Organize photos in the order I want themStep 2: Batch rename all the photos (10 photos +/-)Step 3: A random order appears after the batch rename and I have to click on the SORT choice again. Question.. When I organize the photos and do the batch rename, why is Bridge "scrambling " the order? Why can't Bridge just keep theim in the order I just set them to? This need to "Sort again" is a killer for our work flow.  Any advice? Bridge team.. time for a bug fix?Thank you!

I just updated to the latest version of Bridge on my Mac, and I can see thumbnails for my photos and when I click on some of them they somtimes show in the Preview window and sometimes they dont, though they never display large when I press spacebar. Is there something I can do to fix this?Thanks

Why is there still no option to add Metadata in a contact sheet? It should be a simple checkbox or dropdown selection in the output window native to Bridge.

When I make smart collections I often use different types of document in the search. I encountering an issue when I either try to add multiple document types or to change the exisiting type of document, I have lost all of the different types of file to look for. This has just started in the past week. I'm using windows 10 and bridge 12.0.1.246 CC is telling me it's up to date, so I'm stumped.   

I am using a SD Card adapter into a Thunderbolt port on the new 24" iMac (MonteryOS). The software is Bridge v12.0.1.246. It seems to be reading the SD card very slowly to display the images into the "Get Photos from Camera" funtion. Is anyone else having this issue and/or is there a solution?   Thank you     {Thread title edited by moderator}

Am I correct in thinking that the webaccesslib is no longer available starting in version 11? The .dll file is not included in the Bridge folder as in previous versions (up to version 10). When I copy it to the correct folder I get an IO error. I'm gussing that Bridge no longer supports 32bit dll files as ExternalObject loadable libraries. Is this correct? Is there an alternative to this to support ftp/sftp via javascripting?

When downloading into Bridge from my card reader, Bridge is downloading the DCIM, EOS MISC and Misc Folders that are in the EOS Digital File, from my Cannon camera.The EOS file sits on my desktop (Mac) as normal.I am using an external hard drive, which I have been using since November 2020 and this problem started in October 2021. Does anyone have any explanation or knows why this is happening?Thank you for time 

I have to force quit Bridge several times a day since the latest version. I can be looking at any number of folders when it happens, even those with only a few images in them. When this happens, if I have Bridge selected as the active program, I can't even click the Apple icon to go to the menu to quit. I have to select another program to be the active menu and then force quit. Looking at other posts about crashing, there are no filename issues.

Please add "Color Space" as a new task option in Workflow Builder. This will give users the abilty to convert color profiles using Workflow builder. For evidence of how powerful and essencial this feature is please reffrence Dr. Brown's, Image Processor Pro.

Please add a new task to the workflow builder called, "Actions."This would give professionals the ability to run actions in their export workflow making workflow builder a much more robust tool.This has been an important feature of Dr. Brown's Image Processor pro script. 

i keep getting a message that bridge has a problem with the dispolay driver and has disabled GPU  what must I do 

I've both Adobe Bridge 2021/2022 as well as Adobe Photoshop 2021/2022 installed on my PC. Unsure how this occured.  Bridge keeps uploading old images instead of current images from my iPhone even though Settings shows the device (iPhone) is on.   I haven't upgraded from OS Windows 10.   Could this be the reason why Bridge 2021/2022 is transfering images from my phone onto my PC?  Also, can I uninstall Bridge 2021 and Photoshop 2021 without losing my folders/images?  Thanks for any helpful advice. 

Hello. I was planning to do a comparison between my exported footages but I noticed the adobe bridge seems to playback videos in a low quality. I cant compare footages because the quality doesnt look the same actual quality of the videos.When I use windows movie player and VLC, they seem to play the footage with the original quality.I would like to know if there is an explanation to this, maybe adobe bridge is just not made to be a video player like VLC and other players. 

I am having to completely rebuild my PC as the motherboard has died. I managed to save the hard disk, but it having to be re-formatted.I will be able to access the system files before hand.Can anyone please tell me which are the MOST IMPORTANT files to get access to for Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom?Bridge: I think Bridge keeps the Keywords in a seperate file, which Id love to get hold of, to stop recreating this list.Are there any other files that I should get access to, in order to rebuild ny configuration.All guidance gratefully recevied.
