On several occasions, CC Bridge has lost all files in a collection. I understand it can happen when using a secondary drive. But with a primary, working drive? Any ideas why this occurs?Windows 11Bridge 15.0.3.525Source drive: WD 8TB external

When I return an image to bridge after editing in Camera Raw , the exposure is automatically increase , which makes the images unusable.!🥶

I am using an MSI WS75 loaded with Windows 11 Pro and the latest version of Bridge - today it is V 15.0.3.525. it has been a few months since I needed to import any images from a camera. Today I needed to. Besides being a bit annoyed that there is no longer an icon in the toolbar to download images from a memory card, I found the download under FILE. I downloaded a dozen or so, and then later down loaded a few more. It was then that I realized that Bridge was opening another (secondary) window. I found where the "off /on" switch is at in the camera download dialog, but what I can't figure out is that I cannot see the 2nd set of images that I downloaded in the normal Bridge window. I have to open a 2nd window to see them. Doesn't matter how many times I tried (5 times) I still cannot see the 2nd set of images in the "main " window. if I open a secondary window, I am looking at all my pictures, including 5 sets of the last pictures I tried to down load. I am unable to get Bridge to work correctly when I am not connected to the internet. It does launch correctly but then continually hangs and is very slow. I cannot rate images and then it hangs. Is there a setting I must change somewhere?

As soon as I select a single image file in Bridge up comes an error panel saying "Unable to draw image. GDI Status, value overflow." Pressing OK on the panel does NOT get rid of it and I can go ahead and work despite it. Found nothing on the web about this. Reinstalled Bridge, no fix. Current Bridge, Windows 10 64 version.

I can not give labels and stars in preview in the newest version of Bridge.Can anybody help me with this problem?

I just got a new Microsft laptop with copilot+ and while I could download and install Photoshop and Lightroom, I could not download Bridge stating Bridge was not compatible with this PC.Any idea when it will be? 

I have a licensed copy of LR 6.5. I installed bridge and am trying to open files in camer raw. I get the dreaded message that camera raw editing requires that a qualifying product has been licensed. I have the product,I have tried the posted method of opening LR then closing it then opening camera raw. I still get the same error message. Windows 11Please help. Thanks JT

Found several other users having this problem with bridge crashing on startup, but no real fix to solve the problem. Had a user having this problem in both Bridge 23 and Bridge 24 on macOS after an OS update earlier today and found that Bridge did not have the correct permissions under (in macOS) Settings - Privacy & Security - Files and Folders. We are using SMB shares and the user probably denied network access when asked after the update. I found no way to reenable this without deleting Bridge completely, then rebooting the computer to have the entry removed from the system settings and then reinstalling Bridge again. On startup it asked for permissions to access network shares as soon as I tried to access data from the SMB share. After giving the access, Bridge works again without issues. Someone more knowledgeable in the ways of macOS security might be able to give the app access without going through the full uninstall / reinstall process.

Large image diagonal Fullscreen Preview line quality became bad, look images below. Maybe that's not unusual, cannot remember?Any ideas?Thanks!    

Hi allThe latest 15.0.3 Bridge crashes on launch. Have unistalled and tried vs 14 and 12.12 adn 14 allow me to add tabs for around 30sec and then crash too. Cheers oh, setup: Windows 11 Enterprise 26100.3476

Bridge shows content everywhere except the desktop. When displaying the desktop, the window search spins... nothing ever appears. Is there a fix for this?

I am looking to replace my old desktop Mac and am looking at the Mac Studio (M4 Max or M3 Ultra) or, possibly, the latest M4 Pro version of the Mac mini. My use is for photography and my workflow is Bridge (to browse, manage, tag, etc), Camera Raw for basic clean up then Photoshop for specific file prep. What is important to me is speedy browsing in Bridge (with fast thumbnail generation, and no lag when browsing quickly through full screen image previews to tag selections), rapid refreshing in camera raw as sliders are moved, speedy application of enhancements (like noise etc) and a smooth, glitch free photoshop using layers and masks. When trying to assess the likely performance potential of the new machine (compared to the desktop and laptop that I have been using) I have been looking at Geekbench and PugetBench Photoshop benchmarks.What is interesting is that Pugetbench Photoshop benchmarks seem to suggest that both the M4 Pro and M4 Max machines give “better” result

What now to interrupt my workflow!?Bridge won't rename photos in a folder on the desktop. Bridge won't open the photo in Photoshop as well.Directly in the folder, I can open in PSD and re-name them.I checked the read & write permissions, and it's set OK for everyone.What gives? Why are there so many issues in interface development at this late date?Is this an AI issue where Adobe senses sensitive material and freezes functionality? It can't be Apple, as the photos open on the desktop.You know what? Before you delve into your fantasy artificial intelligence stuff (junk) to overtake our lives and turn us into Eloi, please make the basic functions of the applications we workers pay for stable!! And stop changing the interface with the countless upgrades. It's annoying and interferes with workflow. Bridge V 13.09.785 ; Trying to rename simple jpegs in a folder in "Shared" by Batch Rename,and a pop-up window appears:$$$/Mondo/SystemError/Mac/wrPermErr=A write permissions errorhas occurred. Selected Shared folder and Folder the files were in> Get Info> unlocked with password (Read & Write for Staff and Everyone was already initiated)> Apply to Enclosed Items. Rename is still not working.My question is how to resolve this, and what gives Bridge the authority to determine permissions or anything with my files? And once again, I have to stop work and figure out some frustrating tech thing!

Hi,I am having problems and not sue if related to my Macbook pro or Adobe software. I have asked int he Macbook forum and noone seems to know anything about this.I am using Macbook M3 Pro (Nov 23) with 18GB ram. The operating system is Sequioia 15.3.2 (updated only last week).Bridge is version 15.0.3.525 and Camera Raw is 17.2.0.2155The files are stored on a USB SSD (Sandisk Extreme 2TB 1050MB/s read time)My files are RAW files from Sony A7R5 (61M).Late last year I was the same tools (but earlier vesion OS and ACR and Brdige) and the files opened almost instantly when I double clicked on them in bridge.Now it takes around 10-15 seconds to open them and I see the rotating circle cursor (which I have never seen before) will I wait. Then it displays a rough version of the image for around another 10 seconds in ACR until it is finally renedred properly.I cannot figure out if there is an issue with any of the latest Adbobe utilities, my macbook pro or the USB SSD drive (which works perfectl

HI Bridge Users: I have a unique problem that i'm unable to find a solution. As a photographer, I do use the bath rename often to rename a batch of files to a certain name all at once, but not different file names.  At my day job, i deal with file names that are given to me like this and i would have to rename each indivudal file name manually and it sucks to do that when you're working with hundres of files. For example:No real person name used here:Orinigal file name:John_Doe_3.10.2023Jone_Smith_10.11.2022Randy_James_2.23.2020I want it to siimply batch rename them to:Doe, JohnSmith, JoneJames, RandySo in other words, Keep the name of person but do last name first and first name last. is there a script or rule i can use to do this in the bath rename feature? Or can we do this useing Adobe Acrobate Pro? Thanks in advance

Hi there, I have just almost lost a lot of work, because after selecting parent folder in Folders window, I went to Content window, left clicked file and then presse "delete". Bridge deleted all parent directory. I have restored file only thanks to Recuva.... It's crazy, it happend second time in two different Bridge versions. Win 11, Bridge 15.0.3.525

Im trying to use the Workflow feature to scale my pictures according to different specs.When scaling down within the same aspect ratio, i just use the option Fit to long Edge and it works just fine.But i also need resolutions where the aspect ratio is close to the original but not exactly the same, so there has to be cropped a little bit during scaling, which should be no problem but i can't just get it to work in Bridge.For testing im Using a 2000x3000 picture to scale down to 240x354, i selected the option Fill and entered the desired resolution. The preview sample looks right and also confirms the new resolution of 240x354.But when i start the workflow it just exports me 1 px of height so i end up with a 240x1 image.What am i doing wrong?

Depuis la version 2025 de Bridge je ne peux plus tranferer les photos sur l'ordi avec mes lecteurs de carte.Downloader me dit que les fichiers ne sont pas pris en charge, alors qu'avec  lightroom je peux les transferer.Ces modifs continuelles ça devient angoissant, on y passe un temps fou quand on est amateur on va tous finir avec les Iphones et l'IA.

Salve, ho installato l'ultima versione di Bridge e l'unico problema che ho è che non vede i dischi esterni ( mentre sul mac si vedono e funzionano correttamente) Qualcuno è in grado di aiutarmi ?Ho già disinstallato e ri installato Bridge diverse volte senza successo.I dischi vengono visti nella " cartelle" ma non me li apre in nessun modo.Grazie per la collaborazione.

Greetings everyoneI have three screenshot jpeg images in a folder. One image loads a Thumbnail and a Preview and the other two don't. I have reset the Preference Settings, Purged the Cache, given Full Disk Access to Bridge and checked all settings and Preferences.The one image that loads the Thumbnail & Preview also displays the full Metadata. The other two show no Dimensions, Resolution or Colour Profile. These images were Saved in Photoshop and not Exported.The same issue is visible on Bridge 2025 and on 2022.The images that do not show, do open in Photoshop 2025.The images that do not show in Bridge do show in Finder and open in Preview.The images that don't show, also do not show in Capture One - which makes me think that it is not necessarily a Bridge issue, but more a Photoshop Save issue.The issue is not isolated - I get the same issue with work that has been saved on multiple 24inch M1 Mac computers (student work).I am on a MacBook Pro (M1) with all Apps fully updated

Hi, I downloaded a texture effect from an online source. I dropped it into layers on Bridge. Now when I go to use Bridge/Filters, this new effect is stuck 'on'. I can't use any other filters? I've removed, binned and deleted the download, but it still appears stuck 'on' when I go to Filters. I can't even find it ? Where/How do i remove it? Thanx.   [Mod: Moved to the Bridge forum]  

Ever since the last update of bridge, I've also updated to the latest release(10.1.1.166) anytime Bridge loses focus and then I come back and click on ANYTHING, spacebar an image, the sort drop down, even the Help menu, Bridge goes into "not responding" mode and I wait 45 - 60 second before it comes back.  Please fix this hot mess, it's unusable.
