  1. I open a site on Chrome eg Facebook or a photography personal web site 2. Click on the "load image" then prompted as "drag and drop" 3. I click on the bridge to bring the Bridge on the front to be able to drag and drop Bridge suddenly comes from the right side of the screen, Chrome disappears, ie they do not stack any ideas? I've cleared the cache but my search function for both keywords, filenames and probably more no longer works at all. Every result is "no item found." There are keywords attached to the files. Just cannot search.

When I try to delete photos, I get this window.   They do disappear out of Adobe Bridge but show as 0 bytes in the trash can.  I didn't see this happening until the latest Photoshop update.     {Thread renamed by moderator}

Can any of you help me please? When I open a JPEG files in Adobe Bridge 2020, I have this noise in the dark areas.But when I open the same image file in macOS Preview or in the browser,  I have no longer this noise.What could be the reason for this? * MacBook Pro (15 Zoll, 2019), MacOS Catalina 10.15.4, latest Adobe CC ver. 

I'm running version 10.0.3.138 and seeing intermittent problems exporting the shared cache.Sometimes get this error: "An Error Occurred during Shared Cache Export". Help said this could be due to a full disk, read/write access issues or network errors. Disk is not full and r/w access is ok.  Can't rule out network issues as the image library is on Google Drive. I've tried doing a cache purge and then exporting again. This works sometimes ...Other times got the same error again, other times the export was still running the next morning having processed only 70 images in 12 hours.  There are 1323 images total and when the export runs successfully, it takes about 3 hours.I do NOT have the 'Build 100% previews' option selected.Any advice on resolving this issue or running Bridge on images in Google Drive?Thanks!

I keep getting a crah report each time I try to import photos from Bridge into Photoshop. Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks

I use Bridge's Photo Downloader for moving my photos from my digital cameras ( 2 ) to my Mac (Catalina). After the photos from either camera have been downloaded successfully it asks me if I want to remove the photos from the camera, I always reply yes and then it says all photos have been deleted but when I check the camera's none of the photos have been deleted. It always does this on either camera and never deletes any of the photos. The only exception to this is if I do not try to download and delete all the photos at once on the camera and choose any qty less than the total amount of pictures on the camera. It will always download and delete any qty less than all of the photos taken but never all of them at once.It has always done this since I started using Bridge for downloading photos from my cameras.

I'm having difficulty getting Bridge to display my photos in the same order in which they are in the folder they are stored in. I'd like to renumber the photos in my folder, but I want them to stay in the same order. Bridge seems to not want to cooperate with me. The photos in my folder do have different types of names. Some are _DSC1046.jpg for example. Others are like this 20190924_170251.jpg. And still others have a name such as Terry's dog.jpg. Can Bridge be forced to just accept them in order as they are?

Hey,I have a scanner that scans my negatives at 3000 DPI but outputs the jpeg file on my PC converting it to 96DPI. Is there a way I can have the file restored to 3000 DPI using Bridge or any Adobe softwares?

Hi,I wish to search, among many folders, the photos taken in a particular range of dates.Is it possible? Those filters manage folders, but not the pictures within them 

When publishing a video, or images, to Portfolio from Bridge where do the files go? I don't see them in my Creative Cloud. How would you delete them? Do they count toward Creative Cloud storage? I'm so confused.

HELP! I just ran an update on Bridge, Photoshop and Camera Raw (2015). Now when I try to open jpg or RAW files from any location or hard drive, I'm getting the response "Could not complete your request because the file was not found." or "photoshop does not recognize this file type." How can I fix this? Most files were shot on a Nikon D750 if that's helpful.

I need to re-install Windows which sadly means re-installing all other applications. This prompts me to ask where Bridge stores preferences, information on Collections and any other catalouge or file information. I'm hoping that there are one or two files I can copy and then paste over once I have re-installed Bridge after I have an up to date OS again. The thought of having to manually re-establish all collections, images groups etc. is tiresome to say the least. thanks Grumpy Hec

I work for a small business which installs custom closets and garage cabinets. We are seeking the best solution for organizing and tagging photos of our installations. Our goal is to enable salespeople out in the field to easily access photos that exemplify specific options the client is considering. (i.e. client is considering shoe racks in a white closet and would like to see photos). Could Bridge (or other Adobe app) work for a group of users such as ours which would include an admin who uploads photos and enters key words, as well as 6-8 others would would frequently need to filter by key words?  In other words we would all need to have the ability to filter the same set of photos by unique sets of key words, without the admin having to "share" or "export". We need everyone to be able to do it independently as needed. Some specific questions...Can we share an account? (Multiple users logged in at once?)Does Bridge work on iPhone/iPad?Is there a better solution for us

The company I work for is looking for a way to share images from our graphic department with our sales team. The graphics team works with macs and currently houses their images on a different server then the sales team. Ideally they don't want to house images on the cloud but would like a way for sales to be able to view and search for images using keywords within the graphic departments image libraries.  The graphics department already has the adobe suite and uses bridge. Would the sales team be able to download a free version of Bridge on PC to be able to search the graphic departments images if they were allowed limited access to the graphic teams servers?  Answers or suggestions are much appreciated  We are trying to save as much money as possible and this seems like a viable solution if it can work?

opens all other files that have an association in preferences.  Only AI files.  doesn't matter what version saved as.  Bridge CC ver 10.0.3.138.  Everything else working right.  Illustrator works fine, but I have to dip out to finder to open AI files.  just.a.bit.frustrating.   

I'm hoping I can use Bridge to create and manage an image and video library for the school I work for (using custom metadata fields) which will also speed up and automate certain aspects of my workflow in After Effects. Specifically, I would like to export a selection of media out of Bridge into an After Effects project, and for those media files to be named according to a naming convention I create, which is in turn based on those custom metadata fields. Then, because the media is named a particular way, I can automate text fields based on thisCompName substrings, and in turn, those comps are created from the file name and carry that useful information in the filename. Hopefully I have explained myself well... can Bridge do this?

I have created and saved a pdf slideshow in CS5 Bridge output, and I want to add more images, but I am unable to see the images in the pdf only the slideshow. Is it possible to amend the pdf or add images?

I have all my photograps in a hard drive. I was using a stand alone bridge and recently decided to go to the CC. How can I import the key works in my photograph files in my hard drive to be read in my new bridge CC. Las time this happened to me I vaguely remenber they are stored in the appdata in my hard drive.  Could someone help me import them Thanks

Does adding metadata to an image via Adobe Bridge increase SEO?

I am trying to locate all my Illustrator files for a project. So I used the Find (search) with the parameters of searching for the document type of Illustrator. The result? Nothing. I can see the files via Finder, but Bridge is not populating any/all results.Anyone have a solution to get the "Find" action to work again?

I can see thumbnails of raw files from Fuji and Nikon using Bridge Photo downloader but not those from my Sony camera (RX100iv) I am using the latest version of Bridge 10.0.3. What do I need to do bring how Bridge deals with Sony Raw files in line with that of Fuji and Nikon. The downloader still works fine . . . .  it is just that it does not show thumbnails of the files being downloaded.
