Batch Rename of a folder that contains both Nikon Z8 raw (NEF) files and iPhone SE jpgs for some reason gives them the same name. The files are shot at different times on two different devices, but for some reason Bridge thinks they're related?The issue is when I export these files, the images ovewrite each other. What's gong on here? Seems like a bug to me.MAC OS 15.0.1Bridge 15.0.0.397

So when I open bridge it has the open, open with, and a couple of the things you would need not selectable (greyed out), what do I do, I used to love using bridge, but if I can't open anything then I can't use them.

Bridge v 15 on my Mac Sequoia 15 doesn't work, craches after 2 seconds and now even the oldest version is not working.Help!  

Hi there friends!Now using version 14.1.2.300 windows 10 pc. each time I pick a bunch of raw files and run a "image processor", it opens the first one in camera raw.i often click "done" and it continues to process the files, but every time afeter ther files are processed, I got an error message that the first file of all "could not be processed".This is happening since the last 3 updates with cr2 and cr2 files.    

Hey guys!So I was searching all over the Internet to find something to fix my problem and I didn't find so... here I am!Basically, I was able to search pictures (Which have keywords attached to them) last week. This morning, as I walk into my office, I couldn't search anything anymore."No results" was the only thing I could see on the screen.Now, I tried searching many things like file names, key words, folder names. Nothing appears.The only thing I was able to do is no manually navigate into my "Photos" folder and opening the folders one by one made them appear in Bridge.Now, I must tell you that there's probably around 400 folders dispatched in my "Photos" folder. So you can see it would be crazy to open them one by one, I would be loosing so much time!I tried to erase the cache and reset préférences, it was not working.Is there a function in Bridge that could say "See that folder? Index it for me please. Like Now." ?That would be awesome. I really don't understand how indexing is wo

In Bridge, when I go to a directory (or folder), an Illustrator file opens automatically from that directory?I've had this happen with Indesign files also in the past, on a different workstation which was Windows 10. This computer is Windows 11, 23H2.Network Attached Storage directory.Latest Version of Bridge.Latest Beta Illustrator 2025 opens, but this is only because the Beta of Illustrator is the set as default app for .ai files on my workstation. Thanks,Joie

I recently updated my Adobe CC package, and now Bridge won't easily display the contents of two of my three external drives. To access those two drives, I have to select the drive, then close and reopen Bridge. This is a new problem starting with the latest update. Anyone else having similar issues in Windows 11?

I'm sure it's been asked but i'm here to do it again....Tagging, descriptions, locations, keywords, etc... Bridge has a beautiful tool just for this; the "metadata panel". It works like a dream. Simply type in your info in the provided boxes and bam, perfectly logged footage across all Adobe platforms. That is until you search this metadata in "Finder" on Mac and realize those countless hours you spent logging are nowhere to be found outside of Adobe programs. So when I want to do a quick search for a video tagged with keyword "alaska" in Finder, nothing come up. Now! To contradict all this, when working with images such as JPG, you alter the metadata (description, keywords, etc) and instantly the metadata is synced with finder and I can search these files outside of Adobe. So my theory is that the videos files (.MP4, .MOV .R3D) don't support these tags or maybe finder just doesn't look for them even though they are there.So.... How can we do this? In bridge it does not display the thumbnails of the .mp4 files produced with SamsungA52, while those produced with GoPro show them. I checked all the preferences as the online guide of Adobe says, but they do not display.

Hi Everyone  I have many SVG files that I want to save in PNG with Adobe Bridge, but weirdly I cannot as the file is not supported.I will attach a video of the issue so you guys can see it better. I hope someone comes up with some help. Screen Recording 2021-10-23...  Thanks a lot  

Adobe please restore previous BR functionality! In previous versions of BR, in Color Theme preferences, users had four gray options, among which was a middle gray. Now in 2024 BR, there is only basically black and white. Why has the middle gray been removed? Middle gray is the least stressful background on which to view images. Please restore the middle gray. Further, the Color Theme options are clearly taken from the Image Backdrop gray scale, which has ten options! Please give users the same kind of grayscale options for the Color Theme. I need your help fellow Bridge users. Please upvote this, so we can have a truly better BR experience! Thank you!!

I don't know if this is since updating Bridge (15.0.0.397), but I have a curious issue.I have a folder with my RAW files from a shoot. The filter panel shows the usual assortment of filters. I moved some of the files to a sub-folder. When I view that folder, the filters tab is definitely lacking a few of the filter options.Is there a setting somewhere that I need to check? Hmm... All of the files in the sub-folder have the same exposure settings. Does Bridge now only show filters if there are parameters that are different between files?

I'm trying to use bridge 2025, windows 11. When I open the program it immediately starts downloading from an undisclosed location.  The last time I looked at bridge (severalmonths ago) this did not happen.  It shouldn't have been accessing OneDrive since I'm not using it for document or photo storage.  

When I preview more than 2 images with a loupe the loupe will divide in 4 quarters.  Not every loupe does, just some.  I have emptied my cache and am updated to the last update.  Very annoying and would appeciate some help.

I encounter a problem when exporting from Bridge when I use the fill option for resizing to a specific size. With these settings, Bridge generates images in 100 pixels high and only 1 pixel wide. When I change the option to "fit" images are exported correctly. What is going wrong?

I'm doing export on bridge. I want my picture in 1314 x 1985 pixel If I choose " remplir / fill " and do the export, my picture is like a super long line If I choose " adapter / adapt" and do the export, it export the picture at the wrong size. I don't know what happen .. Can someone help me please?  

Liebe Community, ich melde mich, da meine aktuellste Version von Bridge am PC dauerhaft abstürtzt.Am MacBook arbeite ich selten, kann ich derzeit nicht beurteilen. Ich habe zu dem Thema auch im Juli 2024 schon eine Disskusion eröffnet.Die Tipps waren, dass ich eine ältere Version nutzen sollte, jedoch half das nichts! Ich bitte um eure Unterschützung.Vielen Dank!

Hello!So, the thing is: from v14.1.3 and beyond (including  v15 released this week in October), whenever I open a Secondary Window (cmd+n), instead of showing the same folder I’m currently working in, it opens a folder from other project I worked in the past (specifically, the last project I was working on when I last used Bridge).Example:I used Bridge on Project A, closed the program, restarted my computer, etc. Then I opened Bridge again, navigated to Project B’s folder, but when I open a Secondary Window, it goes back to Project A’s folder.Also, it doesn't keep the same workspace as the main window. This didn’t happen in version 14.1.2. I’ve done a clean reinstall and tested it on two different Macs (both running macOS Ventura), but the issue persists. My current settings on content prefs are default.Someon on the same boat? Any thoughts or solutions?Thanks!

Hallo, ich kann in einer Datei den Fotos keine neuen Stichwörter zuweisen oder diese rausnehmen.Ich habe es schon unter Datei/Dateiinformationen/ Stichwörter versucht. Das funktioniert auch nicht. Das Häkchen entfernen klappt nur für ca. 2 Sekunden.

Hello MacOS Big Sur 11.7.10 & Bridge 14.02.191 Is the tab order in the metadata fields gone haywaire? When tabbing between fields, it doesn't folow the top-down order, but kind of jumps backwards/forwards and to the cancel/accept buttom (for commiting the change). It is repeatable in my installation. and the (wrong) tab order is consistent in the movement between the entry fields. Also, CMD+Enter no longer commits the changed metadata field(s), like in Brudge 2022. Anybody else having these issues, or is it my installation, which is bonkers? Al the bestMichael

I'm trying to use bridge to organize my photos.  Download from camera works well and I need to bring my old files into the same folder scheme (one folder per day in this case). The only way I've found to do this is to copy the files to a USB memory stick (or card) and run "get photos from camera" using the memory card.   Is there a better way to do this?

So sometimes I coudn't figure out if it works at all ?     Same in 15 version . What might be a reason ?
