Hi.M1 studio mac running the latest version of everything.Bridge does not launch period when network share is mounted.Starts in like 4 seconds when no network is mounted.Went through extensive troubleshooting with adobe techs.Can't solve it.Does anyone know of a replacement free or paid?Thanx 

I have found on web, that Bridge doesnt need CC. Can it be somehoaw installed without CC installing into PC? 

For years, I’ve been using Bridge/ACR to access & process files on my network attached storage (NAS). In early April, Bridge turned into a demon spawn - as soon as I direct it to view a folder on the NAS it kills all network access and hangs my machine. It completely clobbers any network traffic, internet too. Killing the process in Task Manager doesn’t work, the only way to recover is a hard reset. (Every other application or file explorer accesses the NAS/internet flawlessly - it is only Bridge/ACR that breaks the network on my machine. Sometimes it will hang on for a few minutes, which allows me to launch an image in ACR, but invariably it kills everything.) Bridge works fine if I access files locally, and it also works fine if I run it over WiFi (although that is PAINFULLY slow). I’d really like it to get it working with the NAS again as that’s where all my files are. Keeping them locally has workflow, storage, and backup implications – especially if I get a backlog.&

Hello!I am new to using the latest version adobe bridge. I tried to export some images from a shared library (I have the editor access)  by drag and drop to the export panel. I have input all details and clicked start export, but it redirected to a new pop up - "export progress - 0 pending jobs"  Please let me know if there's any way to fix this.Thank you! 

In earlier Bride versions there was a checkbox to disable the necessity of pressing Cmd+[key] and getting rid of that additional command. Please see attached screen shot, in earlier version there was a checkbox to disable the necessity of pressing Cmd. Is there a possibility to permanently activate that star rating and colour label are permanently also show in full screen view (that what you get after pressing the space bar)? When will we get a more modern and faster importer with the possibility to sort and group by date, similar to that one in LrC? Missing since years: a filter to switch between displaying of images/videos/images+videos in the importer, all of them, Bride, LrC , Lr. Appreciate any reply.

Hi All, Wondering if anyone can help me figure out how to view and open Adobe Creative Cloud files in Bridge. It seems as though it should be intuitive enough, but I cannot access any Illustrator or Photoshop creative cloud stored files in Bridge, unless I download them to my computer and view them that way. Which seems absurd and a waste of time. I'd like to get a better all round view of files in one of my creative cloud folders, hence why I'd like to use Bridge. Any ideas?TIA

Just updated CC Bridge to version 2022 on Macbook Pro and now the desktop folders or images dont show on the Essential selection...any advice on why and what I can do? Did the same update on iMac and it worked just fine...Thanks!

Does anyone else have the issue where once a photo has been labelled, after a run of 10 or so images, bridge will jump around the preview section to a different image in the chronological order? A very big pain when culling images to be jumping around with the order.  Thanks

Persistently and randomly gone rogue throwing this error "tr1::bad_weak_ptr" and had to be restarted.

Repro steps on Windows 11:(1)  Open an MP4 for viewing with a media player (e.g. VLC) to identify people in the clip.(2) Open Adobe Bridge 14.1.1.274 to add names of those individuals as keywords to the same clip.Observed Adobe Bridge behaviors:*  Checking one keyword will uncheck the previously checked keyword (quietly).*  Checked keyword is not saved by Adobe Bridge after program exit (again quietly).*  User is not warned of any of the above behavior.

Hello all,These issues are becoming more and more frequent with Adobe products.I have fully-up-to-date CC and all of a sudden I cannot place artwork files navigated to in Bridge CC (8.0.1.202 x64) into illustrator (22.1 64-bit).  It works for indesign, photoshop, and have yet to try AE.  There is nothing odd about these files (tiff, psd, even jpg) and none will place.Upon selecting Place into Illustrator in the right click context menu, it switches to AI and nothing.Task MGR doesnt show that there is a hog of resources or anything so I am not entirely sure what happened.  However, I used this function all over the place yesterday and all was peachy keen.I did get an update today to Dimension, XD, and Photoshop perhaps, but than that shouldn't have made a difference.PLEASE HELP.  At work I don't have time to continually research all these bugs that at one time never occurred.Thanks.Windows 10 64 with plenty of RAM.

    In Bridge 14.1.1 i cannot rate or label foto`s, only the folders. In ACR it works fine. (on Mac m1)      

HelloIn short, Flickr is not showing in the Export area of Adobe Bridge - as per the image. I also cannot find a way to add Flickr as a Preset. I am using an iMac with Ventura 13.6.7 and Bridge 14.1.1.274

Após atualizar 3 computadores para windows 11 uma das ferramentas do adobe Ligthroom e do adobe Brigde (a mesma ferramenta que existe nos 2) deixou de funcionar. Somente esta ferramenta não funciona em nenhum dos 2 softwares. E, é uma das ferramentas mais necessárias no caso dos meus trabalhos. Temos 4 computadores e 1 deles ainda ainda é windows 10, nele a ferramenta não é um problema.No caso é dentro da função "mascarar" o ítem "objetos". os outros itens da função funcionam corretamente. Devo voltar para windows 10 ou há uma solução? aguardo orientação

I edit pixel data of files on MondayOn Tuesday, I batch rename these files with BridgeUsing filters on Tuesday and sorting by modified date, I don't see what I did to the files on that day – they still show Monday as the modification date.

Dear folks, can you please help me open an image from adobe bridge into affinity photo/publisher? I have gone to bridge preferences and did not find affinity listed in the file associations. I have the latest update to both apps...many thanks

I'm suddenly unable to rate or label my files residing on a CfExpress card connected through an external reader.  Last week I was able to, and I am still able to label other files on an Sd card through a different reader.  I tried copying the problem files  to my hard drive, but am still unable to label them.  anyone know why?  Running Windows 11.

Hi Community!I use Bridge descriptions to keep the captions of my photos for a newspaper. It's work perfect for years. In the last month, Bridge no longer saves the metadata. I use a Mac and am up-to-date on the software. Any ideas, suggestions etc. will be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I have a simple change format from raw to jpeg and resize workflow for photos which are on a network drive, with the export on the local folder. The workflow keeps stopping after processing a small number of photos (1, 2, 3 or 4). The network drive is accessed through a wifi link. Is there a reason for this workflow not working? Best regards,Christophe

IPTC provides a collection of fields to tag images of artworks. While "Title" and "Creator" are working ok, Bridge does not save the "Creation date". I assume it's expecting a fully qualified date here, although IPTC clearly states that this is a string field.That's a bug, in my opinion.

Just can't have acces to my external HDD phots as I used to have.... 

As Bridge has sometimes lost my metadata, is there an easy way in which the likes of photo descriptions can be exported into a .csv file (or similar), or alternatively to add photo descriptions from metadata to thumbnails if exporting as contact sheets as a hard-copy backup?

I use bridge as the default folder browser in windows. I don't understand why Adobe removed the shortcut (Ctrl+F4) to close tabs and also removed the option to click on a tab to close them all (Close All). These are such futile things that make a total difference in the daily work routine, greatly optimizing time. Please Adobe, come back with these features that existed before and I don't know why they were removed.Thanks.

This has been going now for like 4 years I think... anytime you want to preview a directory of EXR files, the thumbnails are rendered too dark. The FIX seems to be to toggle the Preview Size setting in the upper right hand drop down to any settting and then back. Then purge the thumbnail cache. The new thumbnails are then rendered correctly. The problem is that rthis must be done everytime you restart Bridge. Please fix this annoyance!
