Does anybody know why Camera Raw 11.0.0.61 would case a problem with Bridge 2019 resulting in a photo not being updated and the program not responding.(freezing) ?

In the 2018 version and now in the 2019 version I am having a serious issue where the bottom right of camera raw just stops working, randomly. Clicking on open image, cancel, done, vibrance slider, and saturation slider all cause camera raw to grey out. I can't exit out of photoshop or camera raw and am forced to end it in task manager. Then I have to restart my computer or it will do it again. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know how to make it stop?

Hi all, I have recently started re-using and old installation of CS6 ACR to process raw dng files, but it is painfully slow to use. I browse and select the images in bridge with no porblems but when opening them in ACR 9.1.1 It frequently takes several minutes to open the preview of the image, and then a few more minutes before the yellow triangle goes away. Making changes will take ages to refresh on the preview (although the thumbnails will update quickly if more than one image is opened), and often never load at all, until eventually it stops updating completely. If I cancel (or save) the edits and then re-open in ACR I can do a bit more, at the same snails pace until I finish, or it stops refreshing again.The issues get more frequent until eventually they will not open at all I need to close bridge completely and restart. It feels like a memory leek or caching issue.I have installed an even older copy of CS5 on this machine which all work ok, but doesn't have some of the features I

I haven't been able to make this work... yet!I produce lots of 3 image panoramas from images produces from 24mm TSE II lens (Three shifts of the lens which normally merge perfectly with "merge to panorama")Many images I shoot would be vertical shifts of architectural interiors, and a bracketed HDR Panorama would be great.I haven't been able to make this work with any existing images - I get this message... "Unable to detect HDR exposure bracket size. Merge to non-HDR panorama instead?"All I can think of is that the method I use for bracketing isn't correct for this feature... I normally make 3 same exposures (shift up, middle, down) then change exposure and do same again.In the Adobe instructional video <Merge to HDR Panorama in Adobe Camera Raw - YouTube> I can see that each image has been bracketed before moving on to the next shift... is this the secret?BTW I reordered and re numbered images so that they appear to be sequentially bracketed - that didn't work either - perhaps a

This is a bug I think that appeared shortly after upright transformations was introduced years ago. I always just thought it would get fixed on its own, but I figured I'd post it here and hope for the best. I love this feature, but it has issues with multiple selected photos.Anyway —Currently, if you select multiple photos, and then press one of the upright transform options, it will apply a transform based on the selected photo to all of the photos.While this might be useful in unique circumstances, I don't think it's the ideal behavior. Also its redundant since you can use the Sync Settings button if you want to apply the same upright transformation to a selection of photos. But there's no way (that I know of) to go through 100 photos and have automatic upright transformations applied to each individual photo.Here's how I think it should behave:Select 30 photos.Press one of the upright transforms.Camera Raw processes each photo against each individual photo's properties. Hi,Since I completed the new CC update, I have not been able to open any raw files. I am using a Nikon 700 and did not have any issues before this update. I can load JPEGs and PSD files, etc, but raws are not working at all. I have tried to open a few JPEGs as raw files and "Could not complete your request because the file-format module cannot parse the file" error is coming up. Please help. I'd really like to start working on my photos again. Thanks in advance

I see a lot of image noise.In dutch we called it "ruis"When i open my raw image in an canon software, the picture is perfect. sharp, and usable for photobooks.What do i wrong? I installed Photoshop CC 20.0 last week on 2 Windows 10 x64 computers. Before doing so I completely uninstalled Photoshop CS6, and ran the cleaner tool.Photoshop and Bridge installed fine, but I could not open dngs, tifs or jpgs in Camera Raw 11. I spent 48 hours trying every sensible suggestion I found online; nothing worked.Today I downloaded Camera Raw 9.12.1.790, of Aug 2017, and installed it. Camera Raw now functions on both computers. (Version 10.5 didn't work.)I have posted this because a number of people have had my problem and been unable to solve it. However, it is only a workaround. When will this problem be addressed properly?Mary

When you open the picture after running a photo session, you open it up to acr and you cannot proceed.When you enter the Task Manager, you will receive the message : No response from the portal.

Quelle n'a pas été ma surprise ce matin, en ouvrant Photoshop, de le trouver EN ANGLAIS! ainsi que Camera Raw... Bridge est resté en français. J'ai beau chercher, je ne trouve pas où changer de langue (et je suis sûr que rien ne me donnait de choix de langue à la mise à jour de Photoshop). Quelqu'un a-t-il eu le même problème? et, si oui, comment le résoudre? When opening RAW files up in bridge, it is automatically changing the exposure on all files +2.40. I have restarted everything and can't figure out why or how to fix it.

I recently changed my Canon 5d Mk 3 for a Canon 5d Mk4..With the Mk3 I could open all images on the CF card in Photoshop and see them all together as thumbnail images. With the Mk4, when I open in exactly the same way I see only CR2 ICONS and not thumbnails. This means that I have to open each icon individually to see the image which is time consuming and frustrating.I have spoken with Canon and Adobe buy have had no success in getting a solution. Canon quite clearly state that it is not their problem, their cameras and associated software are fully operational., which I tend to think is correct. However ADOBE are basically claiming it is not their problem either and do not offer any advice. I am very disappointed with the Adobe lack of interest and support.Can anyone help me to resolve this please ??I shall be very grateful for any advice !!

After editing photo, I saved it as photoshop type PSD, PDD,PSDT (color ICC Profile: Adobe RGB) and now I couldn't open it ((( What should I do to open it?

Hi since the last update to camera raw the adjustment pins are not showing for the adjustment brush. I can make adjustments but if I want to edit them later I am not able to see the pins.This has happened to me before and I had to upgrade to a newer graphics card. I have openGL switched on and graphics accelerator is checked. I'm operating on an Early 2009 Mac Pro 48gb Ram with Graphics Card AMD Radeon HD 7950 with 3072 Ram.Can anybody help? or is there a way I can revert back to the previous version of camera raw that had no issue with this?

Yesterday I bought and downloaded Creative Cloud for Students. Today I downloaded my photos, and put them in Bridge. But they couldn't open, because Camera Raw isn't opening. Only photoshop opens. Camera raw doesn't even have the option to download on the app page. What's going on?

Hello, is anyone else getting stuck on this page when they try to open a raw photo with photoshop? I cannot get out of it, there's no exit button, it won't go away when I press escape. Plz help.

I was running CS5.5 and a version of ACR that supported files from my Olympus OM-D E-M5 on my old PC.This old PC recently died and I have reinstalled CS5.5 on my new PC. However, ACR will no longer recognizes my Olympus files.I need help understanding how I go about restoring the ACR functionality that I had on my old PCI have tried looking at compatibility charts but they don't seem to cover CS5.5 . I assume I just need to download the right version of ACR on CS5.5 to support my OM-D E-M5 & run an executable to install the correct ACR version. If not a self installing app, could someone advise as to instructions to install?Thanks so much

Ik heb CR2 bestanden van mijn camera geïmporteerd op mijn PC. Vandaar uit wil ik deze importeren in Lightroom Classic CC. Heeft altijd goed gewerkt. Nu krijg ik plots een melding "voorvertoning niet beschikbaar voor dit bestand". Lightroom geeft de foutmelding dat niet alle importbewerkingen zijn uitgevoerd. Wat kan de oorzaak hier van zijn. Bij het openen van het RAW bestand in de verkenner krijg ik ook maar een deel van de foto te zien. In de verkenner zelf zijn wel de foto's als grote pictogrammen te zien.Help!!!!

For quite a while Adobe Camera Raw has exported multiple images simultaneously when using the "Save images" dialog. On my old dual-core laptop, it would export two at once. On both of the quad-core systems I used later, it would export three images at once (I assume to leave one core available for the rest of the system). I recently built a new 6-core system (with a Core i5 8600k), but now Camera Raw is back only exporting two photos at once, with lots of extra cores just sitting idle.Any idea why this would be happening? Is it possible to fix it?More info and screenshots:Current 6-core computer is running the current version of Windows 10. Hi.I have a SONY RX100M5A and am currently running PSE 15. I downloaded 19 as a trial and found that it also did not recognize ARW files. Also, I do not know how to download ACR's. It looks like I need version 10.5 according to the list of supported cameras.Any insight?Abe
