Hi. I have some issue when I open a picture on camera raw.I tried some differents raw files from different cameras and I get the same result.This an example: Any idea about this issue?Thx in advance...

I have been working on being able to add lens profiles on Lightroom. I downloaded Air without a problem and then the Lens Profile Creater 1.0.4 and when I try to open it up it says cxcore100.dll is missing when I can see it in the folder next to it and can open the folder open even. I am on Windows 8. What am I doing wrong?

Win XP Pro SP3; ACR 7.1Trying to use the "Change Preferences" dialogue to reduce the size of my converted DNG'sShooting with a Nikon D800E.. Working in ACR V 5.7.0.213When I convert with the "Use Lossy Compression" box unchecked  (i.e. "Don't use Lossy Compression"), the converter works fineWhen I try to apply Lossy Compression.. the resulting DNG's won't display in BridgeWhat am I missing?Several of my agency clients require that I upload RAW files to their editor in Asia. I've recently updated my copy of Camera Raw CC to version 9.8.0.692 (via the Creative Cloud app) and it seems to be stuck on the Pan tool!!!!!I can select another function in Camera Raw and it will change the tool palette on the right side, but the cursor doesn't change, so nothing can be brushed, cropped, aligned or selected. All I can do it change the overall settings on the main palette. HELP!!!!! Is anyone else getting this problem??I need to edit some images quickly!...and please don't ask me to clean out the space bar, i've already tried that!Cheers,Brendan

Working with ACR v 5.7.0.213, Win XP Pro SP3.I convert my D800 NEF files to DNG using the Adobe DNG converter v 7.1.I need to reduce the size if my DNG's for quicker upload to a client's editors in AsiaI recall reading somewhere something by (I believe) Thomas Knoll that the file size below the large image panel in ACR is a link that can be used to change file size.Sure enough.. then I change the size using the menu that opens and save the edited files out as jepgs.. works fine.  The new jepg files come up sized with the new reduces size.But.. then I follow the exact same procedure and try to save the files as DNG's.. they save out as the original size. Can I reduce my DNG size any way with ACR?  If not.. how?One of my main clients requires that I upload only RAW files to their editors in Asia.  I'm using my D800 body instead of my D3 because of the camera's excellent vitrtual horizon that levels both ways  (the D3 body only levels side to side).Their editors can't

I went to convert my Nikon neffs into dngs tonight and THIS is what came up. (See image) Basically, all of the information on the converter is blacked out, and I'm not able to click anything in it. Anyone ever see this? Resetting, restarting doesn't work. I also can't find the DNG converter in my program list to uninstall (and then reinstall). Any of you computer guru's know what this is? I have googled the heck out of this, to no avail..

iMac 10.12.2, GTX 780M.  Running current CC 2017, Camera Raw 9.8.0.692.  All drivers and CUDA updated.  Use Graphics Processor is ticked.  When I open ONE CR2 file in Camera Raw, scrubby zoom works fine.  When I open TWO or MORE CR2 files, scrubby zoom is disabled.  What gives?  So frustrated.

recently i had purchased a new sony rx100 m5, however the photo taken from the camera can't be open with lightroom or photoshop., i had update both to latest version and renew subscription . the film extension name is DCS.00xxxxx ARW.kindly if someone can help

Hello,I'm helping one of you can help... I have updated both all of my CC adobe applications to 2017. I am trying to open my .CR2 raw files from my Canon Rebel XSi.  I have installed Camera Raw as well as all of the updates. Clearly I am doing something wrong, but I keep getting this message when I try to open or import images from my camera into Photoshop or Lightroom:If this helps, this is what my .CR2 images look like in Adobe Bridge.Thank you so much for your help!

I have been using the DNG converter for Nikon D5 raw files. Today I upgraded my Mac OS to 10.12.2 (the latest). I then tried to convert NEF files to DNG, and the conversion says "there is an unexpected end of file", and will not convert. Am I overlooking something? I tried updating to DNG converter 9.8 and still no conversion? DO I have to finally move to CC?

It has been said here many times in the past that Bridge is rubbish for managing large numbers of images. I have about 35,000 (mostly raw) images and my workflow is based around Bridge and Camera Raw, and I have certainly noticed things getting a lot slower in recent years.Large selections (and collections) of images take an age to collate and update. Once you've got HQ thubnails and previews generated, their metadata needs to be compiled for the Filter panel, taking up to a minute. Adding or removing images from large (several thousand images) Collections similarly takes an age to execute. I recently split my collection into two distinct subject folder 'branches' in an attempt to speed up operations.This got me thinking about a few preconceptions I've had for many years. My images are mostly Raw (NEF) with XMP settings. I like this setup because settings are stored as separate files associated with their images, and are very portable. Besides, I'm not keen on the idea of a Camera Raw

I understand from the forum, that Adobe are not going to update Elements 14 to include the new Raw Converter, and the new version15does not include it either.Does anyone know if Adobe intends to include it in elements 15 and if so when.Gratefull for any infoGeoff Haynes

I recently uninstalled and reinstalled my PS CS6 program. I'm now unable to open new RAW files, and the Update feature in the Help section is grayed out. How can I fix this?

I recently purchased a Nikon D500.  I do not have Adobe CC.  With my Nikon D750 I have been using the converter to convert the NEF files to DNG's for use in my older version ( Photoshop CS5).  I recently up dated to the latest Adobe DNG 9.1 and this WILL NOT  convert the files from NEF to DNG.  I get an error message.  Please help.

Hello,i am a new user of Photoshop cc and camera raw 9.8. I am using a canon 7d and raw images. I can't work out why when opening certain images in CR i only see the highlights and shadows sliders sometimes. this is depending on the image i open (which are all raw) other times i get the recovery, fill light options.any assistance greatly appreciated.Stefano

I used to log in Adobe TV for tutorial (free) for CS6, with many evangelists, explaining the new features of CS6(e.g. adjustment brush...).  Now it just disappeared.  Where can I find them?
