Adobe Captivate Problem - I require Ver 8 as Ver 9 will not be supported in my local government

Hi, I would like to purchase 3 licences of  ver 8 Adobe Captivate but cannot find it anywhere.  I work in Local Government and our ICT will support ver 8. However, with ver 9, one of the system requirements needs Windows 64bit.  Our ICT will not support 64bit, only 34 bit.

The only work around would be to purchase an unsupported laptop, however, we are not allowed to do this.

Does anyone know where we can get Ver 8 or have another solution?

Please help.
