You have to edit the Camtasia file in Camtasia.

Camtasia output is a video, video has frames. There are no slides in Camtasia, it is pure video. It has been a while since I used Camtasia, but I suppose you can add audio to the video, however synchronizing will not be as easy as in Captivate.

What you are talking about are the slides in Captivate, which is something differen. The default duration of a slide is 3 seconds. Each second is played in output with a default frame rate of 30FPS (frames per second)? This means that a slide of 3 seconds has 90 frames. When you add audio to a slide in Captivate, the slide duration will be increased to the length of the audio clip.

An alternative for the Camtasia video is a cpvc-slide, capture as Video Demo in Captivate. Then you'll be able to replace the audio in that video demo in the dedicated video editor.
