I have a license for captivate 7 and just obtained a new computer. How can I download and install captivate 7 on my new computer?

I have a license for captivate 7 and just obtained a new computer. How can I download and install captivate 7 on my new computer as I do not wish to pay for a new license for captivate 9 as I do not need the upgraded features.
