I now have Captivate 2017. Why can I not view the Assets?

I logged into the ELearning Brothers site through the Assets window and everything looked normal until I tried to view an assest.  All of the images, themes, etc are not showing up.  All I see is the little icon that indicates an image file type.  But not the image.

I tried downloading one to see if that worked, and it does.  But it doesn't do me much good if I can't see the images to pick one to download.

This worked fine for me in Captivate 9.  I have plenty of bandwidth and a new, updated computer.

Can someone help?
