Quiz answers clearing if user reviews content, or goes back to content.

Hello Everyone,

I need a little direction/help here.  I have multiple CBTs, where the TOC is enable, however users can only visit slides they have previewed. This prevents them from jumping ahead.  I have a Knowledge Check of about 5 questions.  If they are on Question 3, and decide to use the TOC to navigate back to one of the content slides, then when the users goes back to the Knowledge Check, all their previous answers are no longer retained and they have to answer them all over again.  How can we have the CBT retain what they have answered, if they have not completed yet and want to review information? Even when the user completes the entire Quiz and passes with 100%, if they go back and review information before hitting EXIT or closing the window, it is not retaining their score and wipes it clean.

    Knowledge Check slides are automatically reset when you leave the slide, that is the way they are designed. Have a look at this article where I explained the differences between KC and normal question slides:

    If you want to achieve what you explained, you'll have to use normal question slides, and the remediation method.
