Question

Quiz scores reporting to LMS too early

I have quizzes created in Captivate 9 and using Bridge as the LMS.  I have one module with a quiz that reports correctly, but two other modules created in the same way with the quizzes only report scores up to the final two questions in the quiz, so on a 10 question quiz, users who score 100% have 80% reported to the LMS.

I have put the quiz questions in a separate module to test and tried removing the last two questions (in case it was something inherent in the questions).  On the 8 question version, only the first 6 results were reported.

I have gone to Advanced Interactions and made sure all my click boxes I didn't want reported were turned off, and the interactions show all of the quiz questions are to be reported.  I was thinking that it was an LMS problem, but then I found one of my items created in Captivate that has 10 questions reports all 10 of the questions to the LMS.  I have looked at everything I can think to look at to compare the module that works with the one that does not.  Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?  Is there anything else that someone can think of that I can check?

Also, I followed the instructions Bridge has for SCORM 1.2--both modules are set up the same way.

I would appreciate any suggestions you might have.

Hi Kerra,

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever figure it out?

I use Bridge LMS as well, and noticed that scores are reported as a fixed 80% when they pass the test, even though Captivate tells them that they passed with 100%.

Thanks,

Lucy

To figure out if this is a LMS problem, you could test the course on SCORM Cloud which is THE reference for all LMS's.
