Why is captivate 6 asking for me to log on with my adobe ID now?

I was able to get into my installed version of Captivate 6 as recently as yesterday but today it is asking me to log on with an Adobe ID and I do not have one.  How can I fix this?  I do not have admin rights on my computer.

This happens quite a lot in corporate environments.  Someone in your IT department knows the Adobe ID because the organisation had to have this ID in order to make the software purchase.  You need to talk with IT and log a ticket to get them involved (and then make a note of the Adobe ID when they use it).
