X-Large Captivate 9 character asset is showing up low resolution in project

Hi,

I downloaded an x-large character asset from the free asset store in Captivate 9. I was hoping that if I downloaded a large character, I could make them larger and closer-up on the screen than the smaller version of  the asset. Even though I download an x-large image, when I insert the image, it's the same size as the web version, and when I pull the corner to resize the image, it loses resolution quality.

My project is  1024 x 627

Any answers/suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

Oh, yes, you're right, I replied through email—here is the screenshot.

Did you check the box for Hi Resolution?

Also - try clicking reset to original size - cp will try to size it for you if the image is too big to fit on screen.

Hi Sophie,

Can you mention which file or which character you are using? Can you post some screenshots?

Thanks,

Mohana

Hi,

I'm using the character Marci. Here is an attached screenshot. I wanted to make her much larger, but I ended up shrinking the scene down to match the size she imports as.

Hi there

You likely attached an image to your email. Sorry, but those are stripped when it hits the forum software. If you have an image, you need to insert it while using the browser by clicking the image icon.

Cheers... Rick
