I have my profile set up with the correct time zone. The meeting is set for the correct/intended day. However, today's Monday meeting is listed on Sunday for some reason. Tomorrow's Tuesday meeting appears on the calendar today. Is there a setting that I'm missing?
Hi, after years; finally adobe connect version 11 is published for pc, so i downloaded that and tried to connect to a meeting, but it still loades in version 10..... so what's going on?! i can see that only your app icon is changed... everything else is still in version 10... UI is not changed at all! so, where is ''real'' connect 11 desktop app?!(and of course mobile app is still not updated too.......)
Hi there. Need help. I created the meeting, and I am the meeting host of it, but neither I nor other people can enter the room by following the link. When anyone follow the link, the following message appears "The user limit for this account has been exceeded". Please, help me. I have a meeting in 3 hours
I really appreciate it if anyone help me and tell me how i can record a meeting in adobe connect in android client. (it is pretty clear and easy in windows, but my question is about android client).
I am trying to open a webinar and in the background the platform loads but the screen goes grey and there is a loading circle that says "Content loading it may take a couple minutes" but never loads.
We sometimes use the "E-mail Link" feature for content to create a unique URL that we'll send to users to view content. I have noticed lately that every once in awhile these links will just stop working and will result in a "This item is no longer available" message. I am wondering if it's possible that these links might be expiring after a while?

Signed up for the free trial of Adobe connect meetings. I don't have the ability to set up a meeting room, add layouts/pods or control the meeting. Should I have this access with the standard meeting app?
I have Connect set up for online learning, and students should have access to every recording of every room they have access to. There's a lot of classes, so sending each student the URL for each recording requires so much effort.Students have a "Recordings" tab in their Adobe Connect Central but there isn't any recording there, the list is empty. How can I make it so they can view recordings from the list instead of having to send each of them the URL?
3 months ago it was fine apart from the headset mic which I solved by using my phone as a USB mic. But now I can't hear audio whenever I connect to an actual meeting. I can hear the music in the setup wizard. The mic also seems to be not working every now and again just like before. I can record it in the setup wizard only after clicking "Deny" and "Allow" audio several times in the flash settings.The audio and my mic works fine on the mobile app, but I don't think the app supports file sharing which is necessary for me.Windows 10 64bit. And I am also using a SteelSeries Arctis 3 headset along side with steelseries engine software if that helps.
I am having an issue with a Dell XPS12 running Windows 10. Clicking on the camera icon or share my camera causes Adobe Connect to immediately crash. The latest version of Flash is installed. The Adobe Connect Plug-in is installed as well.All other Adobe Connect features work: screen share, microphone/audio, etc.I have tried using Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Results are the sameThe webcam works with Skype and other programs. But not in Adobe Connect. The entire Adobe Connect session window/browser closes.Rebooting the machine does nothing to resolve it. Have attempted wired and wireless connections in several locations on different networks. All other computers, tablets and phones running the Adobe Connect work perfectly.I'd welcome any recommendations for getting the camera working.
All the texts written in arabic and meddle eastern languages like Hebrew that is written right to left in chat box is being typed incorrect and separated.Is there any solution for the problem to type and view this texts in the chat box of the Adobe Connect correctly?Thanks.
Regarding Crop tool + rotation.When choosing to rotate the cropped image in crop tool selection, a small angle with degrees appears.Problem: On CS6 install #1, the rotation degree is stuck starting at 6 degrees.On same CS6 sortware install on another Mac, the degrees start at 1 degree, making the crop tool more useable.How can I fix install #1 so it's not stuck starting at 6 degrees?
I am unable to access my recorded webinars. I get a message that once I click on 'play recording', the webinar will take a few minutes to download. I repeatedly have waited 5 minutes and the recording does not start. I've downloaded the latest version of flash player. If I try to select 'switch to original format, the screen does not allow me to click on 'switch'. I am the host of Adobe Connect Meeting.Any of my participants cannot access the meeting recordings either. How do I advise to correct this issue.
Hey guys can anyone tell me what does this symbol mean in adobe connect? This yellow and green arrows pointing sideways in opposite direction with a PC? does it mean my screen is being shared?
I've gotten my meeting template just the way I want it - layouts, pods, etc. But when I go into Admin/Customize/Meetings, and change all the colors to match my branding, Apply, then go back to my Test Meeting template, it's still the default Adobe Grayscale color scheme!! What's going on??
During a session yesterday, one of my presenters noticed that the video for those not currently speaking would pause while the video for the person speaking would continue. I wasn't seeing that on my end so I wanted to find out what would be causing this. Any thoughts? Is this something normal with AC?
My Connect log-in credentials have been invalidated seemingly without cause and I need assistance. My host for the session created my adobe connect account, which has worked fine up until this week, and she did nothing to alter the state of my account. - When attempting to log in to a meeting today, it immediately opened two windows each sign in attempt: one with an error message, and a second opened simultaneously that read "You cannot access this meeting because your meeting log-in has expired".- Closed the program and tried again repeatedly. 2nd window always popped up, 1st window eventually showed the Connecting screen but hung there forever.- After multiple attempts closing the program and re-connecting and re-signing in each time - it changed once again, popping up the "log-in credentials expired" window, as well as another window claiming "Another Connection with this ticket already in progress"While I was locked out, my host said they saw 3 instances of my name showing up
I'd like to suggest a future upgrade regarding the chat pod. Actually, there are two suggestions: 1. Create an option in the new Standard view to have chat populate from the top, like it does in the Classic View. This way already-written text does not move each time a new entry is made. 2. Create a pod-specific option to enable participants to chat privately. Right now it's an option in chat, but when I allow participants to chat privately in one chat pod, they can do it in all. I'd like the ability to have one chat pod running where participants can chat with all, or with some privately. But I'd also like to have chat pods where the ability to chat privately is denied.
HiI like to find out if Adobe Connect 2012 able to view videos after installed on Samsung galaxy Android tablet. Try several times, but it can't open any video files/link.? Any resolutions.
Hi I am trying to add import enrollees to a training course in Adobe Connect. I have created an excel file with headings (in separate columns) of:first-name last-name login email password I then enter a couple of entries and then save as a CSV file. When I import into Adobe Connect I get the following message: The following are invalid rows in the import file and then a list of the entries. What am I doing wrong?!
HiI have a security questionWhen a hacker intends to attack Brute-force, he can easily call all users with the wrong password by placing a simple loop, and after 5 times, the account will be deactivated for a period while. This is one of the new system security policies! "If a user incorrectly enters a password five (5) times, the account is locked out for five (5)minutes and the user is notified by email that the account has been temporarily suspended." How can these attacks be prevented?The Brute-force solution all over the world is captcha codes. Is it possible to add captcha or another solution? I need your idea and solutions Thanks in advance
I'm looking to run a paid for webinar series using adobe connect.Is there a way to prevent one person paying for the webinar series and then sharing it with their colleagues? I'm concious that what may happen is one person pays, they recieve the log in details and once they have them they circulate them, which would be sad as it would mean I loose out on payment.
Trying to set up Adobe Connect for my daughter and want to check the Headphones. I can't test it as Audio Setup Wizard is not doing anything. The Adobe Connection Test is done and also the Connection Speed Test. I then click on Configure Audio and in next pop up click 'Next' ... all this does is close this pop up and nothing else happens.
