In December I got a monthly license of Adobe Connect Learning to provide a training session in Jan-06th. Unfortunately, after creating the virtual session and sending the invite to our contacts, last Friday, as I tried to view how my presentation would be shown, appeared a message about “user limit exceeded”, but there was no one connected besides me. I’ve tried a lot of changes in my access to correct this situation but anything worked. I also tried to contact Adobe by mail asking for help but no reply. So I would like an information about how can I cancel my account and how can I have a chargeback, as the only reason I bought the license with this specific session and it didn’t work. Hope have any answer now. Regards
I had a adobe connect meeting. The presentation was great and we had slides on the shared docs. One slide has some incorrect information. Can I blur or black out that slide but keep the rest of the recording?
Hi everyone, I recently attended to a course through Adobe Connect. When trying to get the certificatoin that course would provide, I was told "I had not completed the minimun connection time required". Actually they told me "Their registries showed short and intermitent connections". That thing, besides it would be a nonsense from my part, is totally false, but I don't know if I can prove it, as they have those registers. I experienced problems with the connection (I called them during the course because of that, and warned them about that), but finally got the solution, and after all my connection was continuous, despite what their registries). Is there any way I can get to a registry which shows my real connection time? Maybe something saved into my computer?Thanks in advance.

Question. My institution recently did away with Adobe Connect, the platform I used to host my Presenter lectures. I have tried several different means in which to publish the presentations and was informed Flash would be going away? In addition, a large number of my students had difficulty with accessing the lectures (i.e..needing to update flash, etc). I even tried publishing within Blackboard solely with the swf file but to no avail. Any ideas or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
I want to play a sound on user status and chat posts in the Adobe Connect meeting room.I want a sound to play a sound when a green check mark or raised hand is selected, or to notify a chat post.Can you solve this request with some settings?
Dear all,it is possible to cut a meeting record. But is it possible to add parts of another meeting record (record B) to meeting record A at platform of Adobe connect? Dear all, we are using Adobe Connect and I have to know which hardware/software requirements are needed to use adobe correctly. I found a link:https://helpx.adobe.com/de/adobe-connect/tech-specs.html . But what about the HTML mode? Do we need special requirements there? We use Adobe Connect version 7. Thanks for your help. I have extracted and installed the latest version of the Adobe Connect Add-in (9.966) from the Adobe website. I have enabled Flash and unsandboxed plugins in Chrome. When I run an in-browser test, it tells me that my Add-in is out of date or not installed. I can click Install on the test site and it will give me a green checkmark and tell me the add-in has been successfully installed. However if I refresh the page, it will tell me my Add-in is still out of date. How can I install the latest version of the Connect Add-in and have it stick?

We are unable to download or even view our recordings for the past one month or so, although this feature was working fine until now. When I try to view a recording the system is "preparing the room" forever. Need urgent assistance with this feature.
Adobe Connect Questions: One of your potentially outdated videos said that you can’t use mixed mode audio for breakout rooms (i.e., can only use VoIP or audio but not both)? Is this still accurate? If so, do you have plans for mixed mode audio to be supported in breakout rooms in the future? What happens if I have a standard account that supports 100 attendees, but 150 people try to register… will user get a “sold out” type of message? Will I be able to manually increase my subscription/room capacity based on the number of people who have registered, before the webinar starts? For example, what if my account supports 100 users but 400 people register… I should be able to upgrade my service to be able to support 400 people in the webinar. Please clarify. Are users required to download software to use Adobe Connect like they do with Zoom and WebEx? It appears there are only three breakout rooms by default? I have a session that took place last night, I wanted to recover this morning the chat history by email but only part of the conversation is sent to me, how can I get the full?(I'm not the administrator and I can't check the option to save chat history in administration panel so I send it to myself everytime)
I use adobe connect regularly and need the add-in to be able to share the screen.To use the add-in I need to deactivate Flash in my browser preferences.If I don't the dd-in won't open, I can't even force it to open.Any idea why? I use a macbookpro with the latest MacOs and Firefox version.
Hello,I need to be able to open two adobe webinars at the same time.However I run into a problem.If I enable Flash I can open them in two different windows but then cannot use the screen share,If I disable Flas the first webinar open with the add-in but the second one does not open in the browser.I can only open adobe in the browser if Flash is enabled. I use a macbookpro with the latest version of Firefox.I have tried with Chrome and can only use the add-in, won't let me open in the browser at all. Can someone provide a solution?
I'm using Adobe Connect-Application-Version: MAC 2019.5.1.64 Adobe Connect-Version: 9.8.2.Everything works fine but when I connect my AirPods (1st Version) the sound is distorted. Is there a solution or does anyone have the same problem?
A colleague and I were recently testing out the new HTML 5 client for Adobe Connect, and we noticed that participants using the HTML 5 client could use the private message feature, even though we have it disabled on our Adobe Connect account (setting: "When Chat pod is active, disable private messages"). Users on the desktop client cannot send private chat messages (as intended), but HTML 5 users were able to send private chat messages to anyone. Is Adobe aware of this glitch? If so, when will it be fixed? Because of it, we will keep the HTML 5 client disabled for the time being. Thanks for your help! P.S., if it helps, we're using Adobe Connect 10.5.1

Following scenario appears when using iPad with the latest iPadOS 13.2.2When the user has 1:1 session with a teacher everything is okBut in a session with multiple users where everyone uses HD webcam it starts good but then during the session performance is getting bad dp the users should stop their webcam.Users who had high reslolution decreased it to 640x480 but problem still exist.Any idea how to overcome this issue ?(Server is adobe connect : 10.5.1)
Hi,I see a similar post on this subject. I am trying to take a class off the USDA site and it uses the adobe connect launcher. This is supposed to be a free account correct? Why am I getting this message? Also I have the full version of adobe as well I would think this may be included. Please help with how to troubleshoot this. Otherwise I need to report to the USDA website they are posting classes to take webinars using adobe connect and it does not support or wants a paid subscription which is not how this is portrayed on the adobe connect website.
I have another problem. It is that i wanna enter my.adobeconnect.com with my ADOBE ID and password. But it says "incorrect username and password".
I have been using Adobe Connect to upload Captivate eLearning courses for client reveiw and this has stopped working. The link opens a new window but just spins and never finishes opening? The account seems to work otherwise? I've tried a number of different trouble shooting steps with no luck? I am only using one course and one link at a time and it had been working well until last Friday.
Hi folks, Am on Connect 10.5.1. I've noticed (been hard not to) that there has been a massive increase in the time it takes to upload PPTs into Adobe Connect meetings since the update, and I can only think its something to do with the Hybrid mode that seems to be in place now. I've timed it at over 2mins per slide - thats if it converts at all. I've just tried to upload a 15 slide PPT, and it took over 30 mins. If that's the time it takes now, then for every meeting I run, It's going to take 50 hours to upload everything I need, whereas previously it would take an hour tops. Is there anything that can be done about this, as obviously 50 hours per meeting is untenable.
