Why can't I log in to my elements 10? every time I try it just says adobe services are unavailable, my network connection is perfect, it's been doing this for about 2 weeks now, it doesn't matter what time of day or night I try to log in, it just wont let me, getting pretty frustrated.
I am taking an online course and today I could see and hear the instructor and all people in the class but no one could hear me. I cannot figure out why. I tried the Audio Setup Wizard but it fails on the part where you are testing your audio record portion - doesn't tell me it fails, but it does not play and record for playback what I'm saying. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I'm having an issue with your iOS app on my iPhone 5s.I left my iPhone sleeping and Adobe Connect proceeded to keep my iPhone "in use" for over 3 hrs as you see in this screenshotMy workaround is to delete the app and my iPhone is now able to standby without being "in use"I did not see any way to disable background activity in your appPlease look into this as I wish to reinstall your app in the future - thanks!
I've suddenly (Nov. 17, 2014) run into an issue launching the Adobe Connect Add-In. I've been using the add-in for work for the last three months, without making any major software changes. This issue was not preceded by any manual updates. I've since entirely uninstalled my adobe products, cleared cache, uninstalled my browsers, reinstalled all, tried with multiple browsers, etc. etc. and I'm at the end of my rope. Here's the screen it hangs at:Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My agency uses Adobe Presenter and Adobe Connect for all of our eLearning content. We are having a problem where Adobe Connect tracks the progress of our learners, but there are a few of the learners that are not tracked. They can take a course and get a certificate of completion, but Adobe Connect shows them as either failed, not taken, or not completed. This does not happen all the time, but it has happened several times in the past month.
I can't find the Attendee List in adobe connect 9.0.2 (from the net it should be in Pod menu but it is not there) any idea?

Hi,i have developed a flash application (SWF) and uploaded to one meeting in adobe connect. Users could able to access the flash application. My Flash applications supposed to know the user details who currently logged in. For that i tried to get the user info from my flash file using Web servicee API. But i am getting the below error.Request for resource at http://xxxx.adobeconnect.com/api/xml?action=common-info by requestor from file:///C|/Users/xxxxxxxx/Documents/flash%20projects/service1.swf is denied due to lack of policy file permissions.I have done a bit research and hoping that problem with cross domain file. Can you please help me what might be the problem? and how i can update cross domain file?NOTE : when i try the same api call in browser and also from .net programs i could get the results. When i send request from flash file then only getting error. At the same time i could get the data from my own web service using the same flash file.Thanks..
I am trying to log on to an Adobe momentum Connect meeting. I am the host. When I click on the URL for the meeting the screen gets stuck in a never-ending screen saying "Loading Adobe Connect" I can enter the meeting with other computers but not my Vista laptop. Do I need to do something different to be able to gain access using my Vista laptop?
I am using captivate 7.0.1.237. When I publish the project and see it's output. The project runs properly. But, when I run the same project on server the project is not running properly. Any ideas?

It two month that I cannot use my Suite ADOBE that i bought one year ago. It tell my you trials is expired and licence the software and it is already weard because it is not a trials but I got he cd in order to install. Anyway when I put the serial number it says that it is invalid. What means? what's happening?

Hi, using adobe connect the voice is cannot be heard after recording. The test though in the webinar (record and replay) was successful.

I have a license through my company that costs $500.00 and I can have 99 telephone participants. If I don't use the Adobe phone and use my company's conference line that holds 300 participants, can I still have all 300 participants enter the "room" that will not have the audio feature?

We are using Adobe Connect as an LMS.We can create and publish Adobe Captivate modules as html 5,Our problem is iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) can't access the courses through adobe Connect's courses and content because it is flash based and not supported by iOS. The result is we have html 5, we can publish it to Adobe Connect, iOS devices can use the link to run the course, but we can't use it with the Adobe Connect Course displays.Has any found a way to do that?Thank you.
