Can I use all the apps you have? 1675 per month if paid. Like Animate, Illustrator, Character Animat

you can't use all of adobe's apps with the all apps subscription (despite its name). but you can use all the ones you listed plus many more, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/faq-creative-cloud-all-apps-plan.html#all-apps
