Getting repeatedly charged for an account I don't have anymore
I had a student account many months ago. I graduate, cancelled it, yet have been repeatedly getting chargest $19.99 every month despite the fact it shows that I have a free account now that it's been cancelled. 
I cannot get into contact with Adobe Help since they say "go through your organization." My old university however has nothing to do with the billing and cannot help me in the slightest. This is now about five months of paying for an account that I not only cannot cancel but cannot even access. I am beyond fed up, especially during a itme where that money would make a world of difference.
