Cancelled my adobe subscription in August 2026 but was billed in Sep again for ai R92.00, tried cancelling subscription but was billed R319.48. how do i request a refund for this?

Thanks, i managed to cancel it earlier however my issue is the cancelation fee of R319.00 that should not be applicable, also I've canceled my service and was still billed.
