i cancelled my subscription in August in Sep i was billed for ai R92.00 tried to cancel it but was billed R319.48, managed to cancel the ai but i need refund for R319.48

Thanks, i managed to cancel it earlier however my issue is the cancelation fee of R319.00 that should not be applicable, also I've canceled my service and was still billed.
