I have two accounts I would like to cancel one of them and keep the other one
Hi
I have two accounts with two different emails - I am a UK architecture apprentice working with a small practice whilst studying part-time at university for my Apprenticeship Masters.
I subscribed to an Adobe Acrobat account for £15.17 per month to help with combining PDFs for my university presentation over MS teams during the UK lockdown, but this was before realising it would be possible to get the whole Adobe CC suite as a student for only £16.24 per month (only £1.07 more!).
This would include Adobe Acrobat and the rest of the Adobe CC Apps too - great news! needless to say I went for it and signed-up with my University email address - but there's a catch...
I thought this would be easy, I wanted to cancel the Adobe Acrobat subscription and then continue with my new student subscription whilst still using Adobe Acrobat as part of that new subscription.
However I have discovered (to my dismay!) that if I want to cancel the Adobe Acrobat subscription I will be charged a cancellation fee, so I have instead opted for the FREE 60 day offer as a means to controlling my cash-flow until this matter can be resolved (I don't get paid enough to continue with both under my reduced wages!)
I would like to cancel my Adobe Acrobat sibscription (associated with this login / username and email address) and maintain my other Adobe CC Student subscription (associated with a different login / usernam and email).
Please, please can someone help me with this, I can't afford both! and thought this would be much simpler than it is!
Hopefullylsomeone can help me.
Kind regards
- Tim
