I paid for Adobe Express as a student discount and Im not getting all the apps that came with the deal such as Photoshop and etc

Its not letting me download my paid apps with my Student discount, i dont know if its bugged but i need the apps that I paid for

I have this, but I check, and I can only use the Illustrator browser and I don’t think Indesign supports 25H2 Windows. Is there another way I can use Indesign

I reviewed your account info and found that you have an active subscription for CC Pro. Could you try signing out and signing back in to your creative cloud desktop application?

Then check if you get access to the apps included.
